RecommendedI recommend the roofing part of Aspen Contracting, Inc. They put new roofs on my house and garage and did a SPECTACULAR job. The workers were very professional and respectful. After they did a remarkable job on my roofs they cleaned up all the debris around my house, making sure that no nails or other debris were left. Then the managers arrived to inspect the work and ensure that everything was up to code.

RecommendedJohn was great they got my 2 story roof down in less then a day and it's nice. It was a little pricey but it's worth it.

Overall, I'm disappointed with the customer service from the Aspen Roofing office in Maryville. The roofing job on my house was done on schedule and completed nicely. The gutters were a different story. I've now had the gutter crew scheduled twice to complete the work, and twice they haven't bothered to show up. Nobody at Aspen notifies me of any changes and in fact, it has taken a call to the production manager twice to get any sort of help.
