I was greeted by a very attractive woman and that always helps I thought the intake sheet was a little lengthy to fill out but all medical facilities have a similar form for new patients. I have no complaints

I have moved all over the country and seen numerous dentists. Your staff was excellent. Holly was the best...explained in detail what to expect and made sure I was comfortable!! The other staff were great also and the extraction was basically painless!! I'm so thankful that I found your office!! Keep up the good work!!
Awesome experience!! Holly was very professional and reassuring!! She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable!! The only recommendation I would make is that y'all be sure that you have all the information you need before the patient arrives. I had to return another day because you needed a release from my doctor.
I had a new patient appt and hadn't been to the dentist since I had my hip replaced. Monica took care of my intake and cleaning and dr parks evaluated her findings and I am scheduled for a follow up
