The staff is incredibly nice! Sonia was a hoot. And the office manager I apologize I forgot her name is AMAZING! Everyone was kind and spent the time to make sure I understood everything and got what I needed. They fit me in today for an emergency appointment. And I couldn’t be happier with the care I got. I had been away from the dentist for a number years, so I had some reservations about going somewhere I hadn’t been before, fearing reproach among other things. There was no judgement whatsoever here. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and I didn’t feel like I was shuttled in and out quickly, as seems to be the case at some dental offices. They were very thorough.

I have had the best customer service from the people who work in many different areas of Aspen Dental in Hastings, Mn I have sent minimum of 4 people to them I guess a Thank-you would have been nice seeings that 4had false teeth made and that’s not a small cost, although they are beautiful teeth. I want to give a shout out to Ms. Monica Evangelist. She is so kind, I feel like she goes beyond the call of duty. She is so kind and calms those who have Dental fear a calmness.
