RecommendedMy wife started using Aspen @ Riverhead, December 2021, She asked me to write a note saying she was very happy with their services, especially Dr. L Patino, she explained everything and never rushed the process. Extremely polite and caring staff and doctors very thankful that they could comply with insurance procedures
Definitely a great experience. the staff is very personable and caring, the place is very clean and uses modern technology and the dentist was amazing. she made me feel very comfortable, explained everything that would need to be done and was very thorough. It is a 25 minute drive from my house but I plan on staying with them as one of their patients because they are worth the ride. I highly recommend them

The Office Manager, Victoria, couldn't have been lovelier! She should teach classes in customer service delivery! Every encounter with her was terrific even when my appointments had to be rescheduled because the new hygienist hadn't started. She also helped me schedule an affordable treatment plan when the original plan was too pricey for me. I was very blessed as an Associate Dentist did my teeth cleaning. Great staff very friendly, fast don’t leave you waiting long
they were kind and sensitive. I'm very afraid of the dentist they calmed my fears. All females,never saw a woman Dentist before. Awesome!! rate the Riverhead office a 10. Will definitely go back.
