Beware upselling. New patient who only wanted a cleaning. After x-rays and initial exam, they told me I had bone loss and periodontal disease and I needed a deep cleaning and a 3-month cleaning schedule. I asked how severe, and they said level 2B, which I looked up online as "moderate progression, common for those over 60." At first, the staff here, especially, Cloe’, was very friendly, until they weren’t. They royally messed up the many crowns they put into my mouth so badly that I need to pay $2,200 per crown now to have them all re-done by a professional. I’m livid and will be calling my attorney.
