It was my first visit, and I was very impressed with the high tech procedures and equipment available. I felt valued by all the staff and by my dentist, Dr. Robert’s. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and everyone was very professional. I plan on making this my dental office for future visits. I was so grateful to make an appointment 1st thing for the next day late in the evening through a call made to the call center, on a day my regular dentist wasn’t available. I give highest praise for Aspen Dental.

I had my first appointment today with Aspen dental. The dental assistant was kind and professional and informed me well. But when it came to the hygienist and doctor my concerns were downgraded. I've had a temporary crown and fillings for 3 years and just last week I felt chips on my temporary crown and it aggravated my gums, I was concerned I had an infection. Great medical staff, but if they say they don't accept your insurance but you were told they do, make them look into it. I was almost sent away told they don't accept Ambetter. She didn't even attempt to see she just knew she hadn't seen it accepted before. I showed her it is listed on the Ambetter site, and asked that she investigate. I would have had to completely reset that appt and my time today would have been wasted. Otherwise, it was a great visit.
I went in today for an extraction and saw Dr. Hargrove. Both her and her asst were phenomenal! Everyone is so kind and comforting. The sweet girl at the front is always so gentle and easy going with me, ready to ease my nerves immediately. I just want to say this is the best experience I've had at a dentist and will continue my dental care through them!!!
