Had a great experience, everyone was very friendly and definitely knew what they were doing. Just pretty expensive for me. My dentist is half the price as Aspen, But it was an emergency tooth pulling. And my dentist was booked until Aug 1st. I would recommend them for knowledge and friendliness.
I had an appointment set for 11:00 and got there 10 minutes early. At 5 after 11 someone finally came up to the front desk and got everyone waiting checked in. That said everyone was very kind and I could see that they were busy because the staff takes their time getting your X-rays and 3d imaging done perfectly and the Dentists take their time looking over them and explaining it to you and asking if you have any questions and then answering them for you. Got an appointment very quick as i am having surgery in a couple weeks and needed my tooth taken care of before then. Everyone was very nice snd helpful. I would highly recommend them!
I went in to get my dentures repaired. Show up 15 minutes early they said. But they were sitting in their nice ac office “out to lunch” while I had to sit in the hot sun waiting for them to open (6 minutes late) And then they want to charge me 250$ to X-ray my blank boring gums. You don’t even have to touch my teeth. Just need you to glue my tooth back in. No sir they said. It is policy to charge your insurance for these expensive X-rays they said. Don’t question your bill here people!! They will kick you out!! Me and my partner just got kicked out because he asked why they needed X-rays to repair his broken denture! Don’t trust these money grabbers who also just quoted me 10k to fix a broken tooth!
