Glad I switched to Aspen! Had the most thorough cleaning of my life, including some antiobiotics to clean the gum pockets that were deeper, had an abscess that they treated (opened up to drain and antibiotics then did the root canal). More upcoming follow up and permanent crown placement. Everyone is so kind and friendly and make everything a breeze! Definitely would have liked to have nitrous oxide or something during my root canal though!!

Had the worst experience very rude unprofessional. Would not recommend. Paid for service in advance and not getting my credit card reversed as stated by the local office. Office staff needs to learn to be professional and not hang up on customers. Call corporate to file a formal complaint .

Worst dentist ever. Poor communication, outright lies, canceled appointments, extremely long wait times, dental skills a joke, told me they would refund my money but refused to actually do it. Kept pressuring me to get treatments I did not need, did not want, & could not afford. I think they messed up my dental work intentionally to try to force me into more expensive options. Aspen Dental in Sidney Ohio is a complete scam. Do not go here unless you want charged outrageous prices. They also do not honor whet they advertise on their windows.

My father had his teeth pulled for dentures. As he left the appointment he was told a prescription had been sent to his pharmacy. 45 min later at the pharmacy and no prescription. Now 3 hours later and still no prescription has been sent. This also happened to him the first time he went there when he had an abscess but that time the prescription had been sent after one phone call. BEWARE BEWARE Aspen Dental in SIDNEY is a complete joke my son went there they told him he a gum disease then told him he 7 cavities he was there for 3 hrs gave him a huge bill and sent him on his way! I took him to Sidney Dental and he ZERO CAVITIES and NO GUM DISEASE..... ASPEN get your crap together the WORST DENTIST EVER

Beware of Aspen Dental.. My mom went in and got dentures, $3000+ paid in full. A beautiful set of dentures that sit on her vanity. When my mom went to get her dentures in January they told her they don't have an oral surgeon there so she needed to get her teeth pulled elsewhere while they made her dentures. She left with a referral in hand. The earliest she could get into an oral surgeon was March.
