Had a very pleasant appointment today! After waking up with a severe toothache, I was able to get an appointment right away. From the receptionist to the techs to the doctor, everyone was very friendly and non-judgmental! It had been quite some time since my last dentist visit, but no one made me feel shameful or uncomfortable. I left with a prescription for the pain and a game plan! They also take care credit, and while the bill was a hard pill to swallow, I’m happy to be on the right track to healthier teeth!
Had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental in Glenmont. The staff at the front was nice and made me feel welcome and less anxious. I was embarrassed about a broken tooth and everyone in the office reassured me and made me feel so comfortable. The hygienist was knowledgeable, patient and answered all my questions without making me feel like an annoyance. I will keep coming back to this office and I’m actually excited to come in for my next cleaning.
I love this whole office. I came here after having a very bad experience with another dentist. They explained everything they were doing, they asked me lots of questions about what would work for me. They did not push any expensive or unnecessary services. I really felt like I participated in my own treatment instead of being directed and talked down to. I really wish I would have come to this dentist first. I cant thank them enough.
I came in for an appointment and at first, everyone treated me wonderfully — until I explained that I could not afford implants. After that, the attitude completely changed they made me feel like trash in tears I still continued with them even though my gut told me not to. Very pleased with the whole experience. Everyone in the whole practice was welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Very happy I chose them and would recommend Aspen Dental in Glenmont to everyone.
