I had an amazing experience in the glenmont office today the girls up front were awesome. Sasha was super sweet, very welcoming and kind she got me in right away. Jessica was nice she was answering all my questions and concerns, doc Alex was very helpful cool guy and very understanding! he got me in the chair in the same new patient visit to fix my problem I was having with my tooth. Zahkayla provided the best experience I’ve ever had at a cleaning. She made me feel like there was a plan to repair some damage I had done and we were in it together. I really appreciate the time and effort she put into the experience and I would highly recommend Aspen and Zahkayla!
First of all, I would like to say thank you Aspen Dental. You truly saved my life. I had a major event this Past weekend. Tragically my dog Ate my temporary dentures. As I cried, and didn’t know what I would do I was able to order a pair of temporary teeth on Amazon. But the real magic happened when I came into the office and the staff was so understanding. Had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental in Glenmont. The staff at the front was nice and made me feel welcome and less anxious. I was embarrassed about a broken tooth and everyone in the office reassured me and made me feel so comfortable. The hygienist was knowledgeable, patient and answered all my questions without making me feel like an annoyance. I will keep coming back to this office and I’m actually excited to come in for my next cleaning.
Today I was giving the worst customer service! It was my first time there- it was a phone number discrepancy on my account. So confirmation of my appointment was not confirmed. That’s fine, no worries. I completely understand the policy. But when the receptionist told me she was rolling her eyes and conveyed the above in such a nasty way, it’s not about what was said - but how it was delivered.
