Would not recommend for multiple reasons. 1. I prepaid for a bunch of stuff at one time and then I couldn’t get them to answer the phone or call me back to schedule them. I ended up having to push one as if I was a new customer to get to the call center to request just getting a refund at that point. They ended up getting in touch with the office and transferring me and they convinced me to not process a refund and to schedule the services. 2. 3rd dentist I've been to since December and hands down the absolute best. Everyone was super personable. There was another lady there and she had conversation with everyone. She didn't need to see the actual dentist at her appt but he made it a point to stop and chat and joke with her. Everyone that worked with me today gave me the same treatment. I had a wonderful First visit as a new future member. They gave me the information I needed and wanted and took free X-rays and a check up for me for the treatment I got done abroad & helped me understand and made me reassured that everything looks good & to call them back when I’m done with my final 4 on 4 new forever teath from Mexico & to have them as my new dentist for my routine checkups when I come back. They got me and my bad tooth in fast when I needed an emergency extraction, even though I'm not officially a patient there! Nicole up front was a BIG help with the paperwork and scheduling, and Dr. Patel did a wonderful job. Can't wait to pick new insurance so I can see them regularly.
Lisa, Nicole, and Dr. Patel provided exceptional emergency care (on a Saturday!) to my elderly Mom-in-law. Every single interaction was kind and responsive, from the centralized care agent who answered my frantic call to the office staff to the dentist and techs. So very grateful for excellent care!
