They take my ins. So I’m tried them. Very happy w the dentist and hygienist. Professional, competent. Both were temporaries so must be turn over there. Very disappointed w the whole aspen m.o. of upselling “required” services. they park you in a room. The (sales) mgr takes you to his office, and gives you a treatment plan, saying the dr or hygienist says you need fluoride varnish etc. . Thank you to everyone at this office, everyone was very kind, Joshua handled my insurance without issues, the Doctor and dental hygienist were very kind, on time and their resurgence of care was very comforting. I have dental anxiety and they took great care of me!! A million thanks to your team! A great place
I did not have an appointment and my top denture had a tooth that had broken off. When I stopped in Joshua helped me out and under stood my problem. He set me up with an appointment and I was seen very quickly. I was given a repair cost; which my insurance covered about 90% of the cost. I was told to drop off my denture the next day early in the morning.
Had an urgent issue and had to call around for service that can be performed ASAP. Aspen Dental was able to accommodate me quickly, and resolve my issue in less than 1 week time with multiple visits completed. Most other offices could not even schedule me for a month out. Everyone was nice and it went smooth. My personal experience is that I am very comfortable going back and appreciate the help from Ashley, and Dr.Brown.
My first experience with Aspen dental was a very positive one. Everyone was very friendly and professional and price. They quoted me was very affordable after insurance. The doctor was one that I would love to have for my personal dentist.
