I spoke with Shelby today at the W. Main location and she was very polite and helpful! She gave me all the info I needed and made me feel comfortable about switching dental offices. 10/10, I recommend speaking with Shelby when you call in.
I was very nervous and anxious about coming to Aspen based on my own experiences with dental offices. However from the moment I walked I was met with the kindest staff who took my concerns seriously and made sure I was as relaxed and as comfortable as possible. I will definitely be going back and will recommend this location to anyone
They provide decent care and a good product, but their extremely limited hours make this a bad choice for working professionals. If you're retired or night shift it's a good choice but for people on an office schedule this is not a good option if you need major dental work.
Very friendly and helpful staff and manager. I struggled with the dental X-rays but the assistant was very kind and worked with me to get through it and get what we needed done. I have severe dental anxiety and they allowed my husband to come back and hang out with me to help ease that. And they were very understanding.
First time going to the dentist in quite some time and I had a great experience. X rays are never fun but that’s at no fault to the practice. The hygienist, dentist and office manager were all very wonderful! I think I have found my new permanent dentist finally!
