I wasn't going to write a review of Aspen Dental because of my negative experience, but I was tired of receiving emails and texts every 12 hours asking for my review. I went to Aspen for a dental emergency over a holiday weekend. My regular dentist did a filling that fell out, and Aspen was the only place open. When I made the appointment I let them know that all I needed was the filling replaced, as my dentist did X-rays and a full exam less than a week prior. The staff from the moment I walked in was so welcoming & amazing! The young lady that took care of me was comforting & compassionate & made me feel at ease! The dentist was very straightforward & honest & very caring! I had 3 teeth pulled & the care was exceptional! I can’t waite to see the results of my completed dental care! I thought I’d never say this but I can’t Waite to go back!
I called in search of a new dentist, and in need of a emergency appointment. I called scared and the women on the phone was so kind I already felt better. She got me in the same morning. Every person that works there helps, everyone is so kind. I've been to my fair share of dentist, and have pretty bad anxiety for dentist, but today I walked in to get work done and everyone was so reassuring, they truly make you feel comfortable, to top it off they are great at what they do. I'm grateful to have found them.
I highly recommend Aspen Dental Bridgewater NJ. They did a fantastic job with Zoom teeth whitening!!! My teeth are about 3 shades whiter after 90 minutes of treatment. They also made take home trays to continue the whitening process. The Doctor is awesome! He and his staff are professional, patient, welcoming, and friendly. I’m really pleased with the service.
Seems that everything is outsourced. They brought me in on a Saturday morning because I called the day before in severe pain. I went in on Saturday morning & there was no dentist to help me.(Why bring me in...they knew exactly that I needed, a root canal) They wanted me to wait 2 WEEKS & pay $1,500 JUST to "RESERVE" a spot with their specialist cause he is the "best" no worries about the severe pain I was in.
