First time at Aspen Dental was a success! They weren’t able to do a same-day start because I had an infection, which I completely understand, but they did get me antibiotics and were able to get me in very quickly to have my tooth pulled. Everyone there was so nice, friendly, and had such good attitudes. The doctor was amazing very friendly and sweet. And Grace was awesome! She definitely knows what she’s doing and is just the sweetest. Definitely recommend!

I had the best visit at Aspen dental in Franklin, NC!! Considering that the dentist is my 2nd least favorite place to visit!! Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional, especially Dulce and Brandy!!! Dulce was sweet and patient while taking my first impressions, even when my gag reflexes kicked in. I had a great experience at Aspen Dental From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and taken care of Grace was incredibly kind helpful band made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Had a great experience at Aspen today. They were very friendly and very thorough with everything I had concerns with. Brandi was wonderful in handling my schedule. Grace was very kind in helping me check in as well! Kaitylnn was very quick and very gentle with my X-rays. Jacqui was lots of fun and helped ease me into the process today. Last but not least, Dr Andrews was great in explaining the details in my scans and getting me cleaned up. He made sure I was comfortable and got me in and out in a relatively short time. I had a fantastic first visit to Aspen Dental in Franklin! As someone who usually gets anxious enough to cancel, I’m so grateful for Kaitlynn and Dr. Andrews—they both made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. I was also blown away by their tech; using a 3D scanner instead of messy putty was a game-changer. It’s clear they value both great people and great equipment. Highly recommend!
