First time at Aspen Dental was a success! They weren’t able to do a same-day start because I had an infection, which I completely understand, but they did get me antibiotics and were able to get me in very quickly to have my tooth pulled. Everyone there was so nice, friendly, and had such good attitudes. The doctor was amazing very friendly and sweet. And Grace was awesome! She definitely knows what she’s doing and is just the sweetest. Definitely recommend!
Had a great experience at Aspen today. They were very friendly and very thorough with everything I had concerns with. Brandi was wonderful in handling my schedule. Grace was very kind in helping me check in as well! Kaitylnn was very quick and very gentle with my X-rays. Jacqui was lots of fun and helped ease me into the process today. I was scheduled for three fillings in the Waynesville office, and due to an equipment issue, was only able to have one done. HOWEVER the Aspen Dental network got me into a same day appointment only one hour later in Franklin (where I live and was returning to anyway) and the dentist there flew through the procedure. I was thrilled to have this taken care of so quickly; I am extremely appreciative.
I recently left a review aspen dental and the dentist there. I completely take it take it back now. Aspen dental is horrible. At my exam I was told by the billing department that I qualified for financing with them. I was told as long as I have a debit card I could pay 299 for a partial denture I needed and then only $16 a month. Went back today and it was totally different. The dentist and the whole clinic are Not professional. And they try to do as much dental work as they can on you and charge you a fortune. When your onl... read more
This place is so easy. The staff is very organized and very friendly. They are very thorough with your exam x-rays scanning. The prices are reasonable for what I had done and I couldn’t be happier.
