This was my first time to Aspen Dental. Office staff was friendly and helpful. They all were quick and efficient. They explained things and answered questions. I liked the Dentist I was assigned. When they put me in a separate waiting room, I was not told why. The TV didn't work or it would have been better. It wasn't a long wait then I was told it was about insurance issues. Overall I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend the Franklin, NC Aspen Dental office.
I had a wonderful experience at Aspen dental this morning. Everybody from the lady at the front desk to the assistants in the back were wonderful. I don't usually enjoy going to the dentist, but it was a pleasant experience. I appreciated Dr. Cardinal for his honest assessment and great communication skills
Today was my first visit to Aspen dental for what I will have to do to my mouth. I knew that I would have to get implants. After the initial exam for x-rays etc, I was told that I would have to go to an oral surgen if I needed sedation and my family doctor if I need pain medication!!! I'm praying that all this will work for me without the the above. Reading all the services for Aspen dental in Franklin North Carolina, it states they have all the above available. I couldn't have had a better experience, from the receptionist to insurance/appointment person. The hygienist and the doctor were professional but friendly. I could go on but bottom line is, I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone.
The staff and the Dentist were very much kind and courteous you meet today before I had my extractions done I asked them if they had a little fan that they could put in the room because I was getting too hot that was just right after they gave me my numbing medicine. But the dentist did an excellent job and so did the nurses. I would recommend Aspen Dental of Franklin to anyone.
