I cannot say enough good stuff about this office! Dr. Cardinal, Cassie and Beth and all the dental assistants are absolutely amazing and knowledgeable and also willing to help when asked!! My appointment was fast and efficient. We did not have to wait long and everything was done in a timely manner! Thank you Franklin Aspen!

I called their office to make a same day emergency appointment. They said they had none available so I could be a walk in. I confirmed the place and address. I arrived and was told I spoke to no one there, it was their call center and they do not see walk ins at this location, not even emergencies. So on a Friday in Franklin, all other dentist offices are closed. The staff could have been just a little more compassionate or even offered to book me an appointment for Monday but nope. Aspen Dental in Franklin is absolutely professional and wonderful! I had a great experience from the time I went through the door. I would highly recommend them if you need Dental work. There staff is absolutely professional and so nice.

They were so welcoming and told me everything that I would expect to happen so I wasn't uncomfortable at all. They weren't judgemental either because I'm very embarrassed by my teeth and so self conscious about it. They came up with multiple options and gave me advice on what would be my best option in the long run and came up with a payment plan that is reasonably affordable. These guys are the best!

The best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. From start to finish each person that worked on or with me was amazing. The hygienist made me feel so comfortable she explained everything in detail. The same for the dentist as well as office manager. I HIGHLY recommend Aspen dental Franklin NC.
