I am a patient at this office and can honestly say the entire experience has been exceptional. I just finished my journey receiving dental implants with Dr. Andrews. Dr. Andrews has been my main physician and is truly fantastic—highly skilled, compassionate, and attentive to every detail of my care. My husband and I would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Franklin NC. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They put you at ease and make sure that you understand exactly what is going on and what to expect for the cost of services prior to commitment. Our Dentist has been Dr. Zachary Andrews. Pros: The staff were great. This was my first appointment to come up with a treatment plan. They did several X-rays and the dentist consulted with me at no charge. I thought his treatment recommendations were appropriate. This practice has offices all over, so I can continue my treatment plan with an Aspen practice in a different city. Cons: It is impossible to get through to a real person on the phone unless you tell the system that you are a new patient wanting to schedule an appointment. You'll get somebody right away. I had a cracked molar down to the root and an infection that was causing me excruciating pain. This place features modern, high-tech, cutting-edge equipment that I have not seen at any other dentist's office before. I found the overall experience to be excellent. I saw both dentists, who were friendly and informative. The office manager explained all costs, and there was no pressure to get a particular procedure whatsoever. The fees were very reasonable. I would strongly recommend this dentist.

I had my first visit at Aspen Dental recently and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Grace was especially amazing so friendly and respectful, with the most beautiful big smile that instantly put me at ease.
