If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughters and I have been here on 3 separate occasions now and never once have they been on time. They have zero respect for people's time and even said "well theres going to be a wait anywhere." They have 1 dental hygienist, but will book 2 people for a cleaning at the same time. When brought to the attention of the staff, they could care less and gave nothing but attitude. I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental and truly want to recognize the amazing team there. Jackie, the hygienist, was absolutely incredible. She explained everything clearly, walked me through the importance of the cleaning I needed, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Her knowledge and kindness were outstanding. When I called to make the initial appointment I was told they were booked out 3 months before I could get an appointment. I was told to call back to see if they had cancellations. That is what I did and was able to get in earlier. Had a very good and thorough first visit with Aspen Dental in Franklin, NC. I just had my first appointment at Aspen Dental for a consultation and X-rays, and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, making me feel welcome and comfortable. The consultation was very detailed.
