The actual dental work was fine, aside from 2 (maybe 3) visits worth of work being split over 6 appointments. Dealing with their billing incompetence was a NIGHTMARE. First, I get sent a bill for over $900 (after paying 1k upfront) about 3 months after my visit. I end up finding out it’s because the majority of my dental work was done by an out of network dentist (including work that was cut short with the visit I had with the in network dentist with no explanation). I had an excellent experience today at Aspen! From the door, to my X-rays with Jazz to the hygienist, to the Dr. even to the account specialist. It was incredible! I will be back soon and definitely recommend. Thank you for giving me an over the top customer service experience
What a weird experience. My boyfriend books a dental appointment for me last week for tomorrow and today I receive a missed call at 1014 am and text message saying to call them to confirm my appointment. The call was missed because I was on a flight that didn’t land until 1150. I call back once I’m home at 101pm to confirm and the automatic operator said I didn’t have an appointment and it had me talk to a live person. Went to get a tooth cap re glued. After all the x-rays, they said they couldn’t do it. There wasn’t enough tooth there. They said I need to go to oral surgeon but didn’t recommend one and refused to glue. The tooth in gave me an estimate of $5000 after Medicare, which didn’t include the oral surgeon, they had their dentist, but he’s only there 1 day a month. It was a very pleasant experience and very nice office setting. Can we say Girl power in the building and of course a lovely male receptionist. I must say the i was impressed of the services they offer and the doctor dental assistant and hygenist all rock. Great customer service.
