Went in for a tooth extraction .. got appointment 2 days back and when I went in to checkup they talked through and we were able to schedule same day for extraction. It took like 20 min and super nice experience. Dr Lee was patient and accommodating… had to wait longer for numbing but Dr Lee waited all along until I was comfortable.
This was the best dental visit ever. Dr. Lee, Stacy, Dominque, and Jasmine were awesome. I do not remember the young woman at the front desk, but yes amazing! Each bring their expertise and can truly see how things keep running. Stacy did my x-rays, Jasmine talked to me about financial options, Dr. Lee explained everything in great detail, and Dominque kept me calm as well as Stacy and Jasmine. I had all four wisdom teeth removed, and the surgeon for the area, Dr. Thomas Inman made it a quick and relatively painless process. Based on my personal bruising and swelling I can tell he did a good job (obviously I was asleep in real time) I had slight bruising and additional tenderness on the side I can tell was more difficult, but the others were fine. This is the best dentist I have ever gone to! The whole staff back of house is kind and caring.. and very very funny! Dr. Lee who saw me was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and we made a clear path of what I need moving forward being very kind.. and compassionate! The front desk receptionist was lacking a little bit in enthusiasm and was very monotone but she did the job
I was very disappointed with my expense at Aspen Dental. The bottom of my mouth is completely torn up from the x-rays that they took, which has never happened to me at a dentist before. They do not specify that at a new patient appointment, you do not receive a cleaning either. I went to them because I was able to find a quick appointment, only to wait another 5 months to get in for a cleaning. I will definitely not be back.
