They were so wonderful! I had pain and they got me in fast and took excellent care of me! Starting with the receptionist who was so sweet, the X-ray tech that helped assist the Dr was adorable, the hygienist was kind and gentle, and Dr Lee was amazing! Thanks to you all! I'll be back!
They were detailed to fix in a comfortable way. Make you feel at ease. The assistant was so comfortable and easing in giving me everything I needed to know. The dentist was friendly not a robot chasing money. Real women and men!
I was hesitant about trying another Aspen Dental because of bad experiences in the past, but this is the best aspen I have been to. They were friendly, professional, and put me at ease. They cared about my comfort. And took time to answer all my questions. Advice to others, If you want a dentist who listens and is thorough I recommend visiting Dr. Lee.
This was the best dental visit ever. Dr. Lee, Stacy, Dominque, and Jasmine were awesome. I do not remember the young woman at the front desk, but yes amazing! Each bring their expertise and can truly see how things keep running. Stacy did my x-rays, Jasmine talked to me about financial options, Dr. Lee explained everything in great detail, and Dominque kept me calm as well as Stacy and Jasmine. I’m being billed $250 dollars after a simple appointment to talk about possibly getting Invisalign. They advertise it online as being “affordable” which it surely is not. They never told me it would not be covered by insurance which is beyond ridiculous. Don’t recommend at all. I wish I could give 0 stars. The staff in the back were really friendly though, I’ll give them that.
