The dentist is saw was Mrs. Rashmi Deshmukh. She was a little Texan female who knew her stuff! I had an emergency extraction! The day before I called and had an appointment set for the next day at 8am. They assess the situation! Technology is wild these days with the 3D modeling of your teeth. Thanks Takai for that! The rest of the staff was nice. Probably a little more than a hr later the Dentist Mrs Rashmi ran over the consultation info and had my tooth out in like 15-20 minutes!! Worse dentist office I’ve ever been to. Went because I couldn’t get in with my dentist. They wasn’t even concerned about the tooth that I went in for that was giving me pain. They were worried about everything else and money. Called my dental insurance in front of the lady working front desk and she was given my member id. Instead of her checking she gets up & go sits in someone’s office on the phone. There couldn’t find out if I had insurance or not; they wasn’t trying to help with my tooth. Was there 2 hours. Not trying to be mean but this was just my experience. When the office first opened up in town, the front desk and dental staff was very nice and accommodating. Fast forward 2 years and the office is slowly changing staff. Its a name brand dental office, so people get swicthed out alot. About 3 months ago I needed a filling.
