I'm surprised there are so many happy people reviewing Aspen. Everyone was very very nice, but the sales pitch was obnoxious. $300 to clean teeth? $9,000 proposal for dental work? Even the hygienist said my teeth are beautiful and recommended a basic cleaning to me. There should be a law against this kind of scam. I can't imagine being an elderly person and getting taken advantage by these charlatans. They did have a great finance plan. Zero star.
My daughter and I went to the Gulf to Bay location for the first time and had a good experience. At first we were a little frustrated with the wait time, but Kathy and the other tech were very nice and kept us updated. Once they got things going, everyone was great, from the doctor to the office manager Benjamin, and we left super happy after even getting our cleanings done so we did not have to do a return trip. I highly recommend this location as everyone was all smiles!
I had a very good experience but what surprises me is the absolute expense of care. $344 to remove one single tooth. It took the dentist less than 5 seconds to remove my tooth after numbing it which wasn’t much more than 45 seconds of waiting after injection. While I totally appreciated the treatment it’s just so over the top expensive
Definitely 5 stars. Staff is awesome!!! I very satisfied and happy to make Aspen my dental home. Hands down to my dental hygienist she’s amazing with those tools and very professional.
Ripoff joint. I agreed to have antibiotic implants along with two caps. I came in several days later for the work. I told them I did not want the antibiotics and would not pay for them. The dental hygienist put them in anyway. Now they want $406.00 and referred me to a collection agency. Greedy liars and thieves. I'll pay them exactly what they deserve, which is hell.
