This is regarding the lead hygienist Mrs Chelsea glover. She did an amazing job at explaining everything to me and did my deep root cleaning nearly pain free (I'm a big baby so I can't say zero) but she did a good job at keeping my mind off of my teeth. she is extremely kind, charismatic and warm. I had such a positive experience at Aspen Dental in Beaumont! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. The waiting area was clean and welcoming, and I didn't have to wait long before being seen. The dental team was professional, gentle, and thorough in explaining every step of my treatment. If I could give zero stars , I would. I made an appointment last night for today.I get to the employment on time and they tell me that I didn't confirm the appointment that I just made last night. I have a severe tooth infection.It is a Friday Memorial Day is Monday.I can't be seen until Tuesday.I'm sitting in the parking lot still before my appointment.Time balling my eyes out. I had all my upper teeth pulled in July to get upper dentures. It's now January and I have no we'll fitting dentures. They have made 5 pair none of which fit well with the exception of one that had brown gums looking as if I had a gum disease. All they needed to do was remake that pair in the correct color. Instead they made totally new one that are very painful and don't fit.

I've never encountered a more INCOMPETENT group of people in my life ‼ The $ I've spent there to get so horribly treated is insane ‼
I sat in the lobby after checking in for an hour and a half. Once called to the back I was treated like I was an inconvenience from the start. The tech was talking about her Pap smear and boyfriend as I sat there getting dental X-rays taken. The hygenist finally came into my room after I waited another 30 minutes. She gave me the same spill of dental care that I heard giving the person next to me. They messed up my teeth and I went back to get it fixed and waited TWO hours and they never came and fixed it. The dentist was a very old guy who could not even walk im so mad I will definitely never be back.
