The staff at this place is so lovely! Went in for a routine check up and cleaning after having gone a few years without being seen, my entire team of staff members were so attentive, caring, friendly and helpful during my entire visit. From the xray techs, to the dental hygienist and doctor herself, every person who handled my care did so with the best quality and attention to detail I have probably ever had at a dentists office. I went home feeling like I got exactly what I had paid for. Thank you!
There was one shining example at Aspen. The young hispanic dental hygienist. Very good at her job, yet she had so many jobs to do. The receptionist spent one hour on the phone with my insurance company asking how much they covered for every procedure from floride to implants. After 2 hours wait, they said they did have my appointment. I confirmed with the number provided which was the national appointment office. They verified my 9:15 am appointment. Every dentist place in Lompoc was booked out until November or next year, thankfully got an appointment within the week I called. Very nice staff. Highly recommend, they made sure my insurance was accepted before my appointment and was very transparent about the cost. Very good communication on their part.
Schedule a check up for tooth infection/ pain. I was seen as soon as possible . Was given options to get my teeth done of course it was expensive . But with the options of financing and my insurance I was able to get my infection gone and my teeth extracted that caused pain ( wisdom teeth) . I’m grateful for the office for being on top of my care as a patient. The ladies in the office are wonderful and truly care about the patient happiness and of course your teeth . Dentist are great as well.
The office and equipment appeared to be state of the art. Devices I had never seen with my previous Dentist. The exam was thorough and findings were displayed on a video screen mounted on the exam chair equipment column. It was easy to see the areas that needed attention. The treatment options and costs were clearly explained and financing options including a no interest charge plan was offered.
