I had a bad tooth ache last night & requested an appointment online. Aspen Dental in Alvin called me first thing Saturday morning and they were able to get me in that morning. Miss Lucy at the front desk was super friendly and thorough when explaining the costs at the end. Dominic, the dental assistant was super awesome! He was very patient with me since I have anxiety at dentists. He took the time to explain the processes and made sure I felt comfortable. I saw the dentist today because I was having a lot of pain. I was really impressed by the doctor and staff. They really are amazing and there to help you. I already feel better now and am looking forward to my appointment Monday!
I went in with so much pain in my face I couldn’t even think properly; the atmosphere and attention to detail made my visit pleasant. Thanks to the entire Aspen Team in Alvin especially Chloe for saving me some coins with the $39 annually membership and Domenik for being professional while keeping me calm and laughing! TEAM ASPEN!
I like you they tell you straight up the truth, not sugar coat it. That make a place respectable. Plus the staff even for after closing hours were extremely thoughtful n nice. I've been to places where staff has to stay a bit late and them be jerks. So I appreciate that kinda good work attitude they had.
This is by far the best dentist office I’ve been too. The staff makes me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. my anxiety goes down once I’m in the room. Shout out to Domenik for being so kind, caring and explaining everything prior to the Doctor arriving.
