Wonderful experience. My appointment was in Alvin with Dr. Petell. He was kind and patient, and explained what I needed to be done to my teeth. The man who did the x-rays was wonderful as well. Carla took me into her office and went over what I would be charged out-of-pocket. I couldn't be more pleased.
The staff were courteous and thorough. The wait time was not long and the dentist- Dr Patel - explained everything : X-ray results, treatment plan, etc-in simple verbiage and the insurance consultant explained what was offered, covered or not and gave me every option available for easy payment(s) to have what I need done in a timely and affordable manner. Very Pleased!!!!!
Dr. Meeraj Patel is an amazing doctor. I went in with sever teeth pain and scared, but he made sure I was comfortable and at ease before proceeding and spend extra time to find the root cause of the pain. Super sweet and professional. Will definitely be a permanent client while he's there.
10/10 recommend! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a same day appointment. Information is given thoroughly to you, which was helpful for me since I was alone. I appreciate everything they did and helped me with! :-)
