I really don’t know where to begin. I was scheduled for a tooth extraction at my primary dentist but they scheduled me 2 weeks out with an infection in the root. My wife called around to 5 different clinics and they all had an excuse not to see me. We finally were blessed with Aspen Dental which accommodated seeing us for an emergency. When I walked through the door, I was put at ease that they were going to help me. They explained step by step what they were doing and why they were doing it. The doctor was very nice and very thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Then it was the financial part. The young lady was very nice helped me find financing. It's going to be a long process but I have found a winning team!
Everyone was wonderful! I previously went to a different practice for many years. Going to Aspen was a wonderful change. I'm so glad I went. Dr. Kim was kind and answered all my questions. Chante was thourough and so knowledgeable. Andrew was great, he walked me through the treatment plan so I really understood it. I would highly recommend this office!!
So grateful for my experience with Aspen! Austin and Andrew were especially delightful. Austin is LITERALLY ALWAYS so pleasant to work with, maintaining a professional, kind, and calm demeanor every single time I'm there. Andrew also provided excellent customer service, displaying the utmost patience while walking me through the treatment plan and costs. I definitely plan on continuing to recommend this location- thanks again for all you do!
