I can't say enough good things about this place. I have horrible anxiety about the dentist and as a result, have not gone for many years. On my first visit, the office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kim was very nice and thorough in my exam. I was given a treatment plan and all of the pricing was clear. My first step was to have my wisdom teeth out. The oral surgeon is only in the office one day a month. I scheduled and arrived on the day for my 10:15 appt at about 9:30. Reply: I have no questions on your proposed plan. I disapprove your recommendation and only want my annual cleaning as covered by insurance. Your firm "my way or the highway" indicates the type of services you provide a customer. I will be requesting our records for another provider. We decided to change our dentist office, that we had been using for years, since they closed their local office. I transferred to this place to follow Dr. Kim, one of the best dentists I've ever had. This building just opened up, but Dr. Kim has lots of experience in the dental practice. The office team is still small, but looking to expand. Yet they are very patient and understanding with getting my information and insurance transferred.
I wasn't able to reach my office i regularly attend and called this location on a Thursday. My tooth was broken and started a infection. They got me in on a Monday, they were closed Friday and sent over antibiotics to hold me over the weekend. I arrived to my appt, staff was so nice, the doctor was very nice, took great care of me. I'm very pleased they took my health seriously and treated me with respect.
Tools unsterile, sitting out for hours. The appointment was made for the morning, I couldn't get numbing medication for 2 hours. The doctor didn't have time for what else HE scheduled. However he managed to handle 3 other patients, that came in after my appointment. Stay far away from this place at all costs.
