Where do I start? I arrived for my 9:00 am appointment at 8:55 only to be seen at 9:30 am. I slated an hour and half for this appointment as I had a call at 10:30 am. From there it was rushed as the dentist came in did a quick exam after the x-rays. After the x-rays were reviewed by Dr Kim whom I did like as he had great bed side manners so to speak, I was directed to sit with the office manager named Andrew who had just started in this role.
