Would love to give high marks for the staff of the Aspen Dental, Apache junction office. Warm welcome, clean environment above and beyond friendly staff. Chris was very friendly and informative. He really set the time and put us at ease when my daughter and I were brought back. I went to Aspen today to get x-rays and exam. They were the most professional kind caring group that I’ve ever met. They were very helpful and answered all my questions and the doctor was very thorough and went over every detail with me. I highly recommend them and will visit them again Soon. Excellent service in an emergency situation. (Broken tooth) pending travel. Everyone on the Staff was congenial, helpful, professional and patient with an Old Guy in need of assistance. They did an excellent repair and had me back on the road in no time at all. Thank you again!!!
Great experience for first time there. Listened to my concerns and were truthful on what I knew but wanted to hear them tell me. Did not push to sell anything that I did not want done. Gave me options and pricing with insurance that I wanted to know. Scheduled next appointment to finish what needs to be done. Thank you
I went to Aspen Dental in Apache Junction, Arizona and paid in full for a top denture. I went down there 3 or 4 separate occasions to get them adjusted and still could only wear them till I got home could not get them back again they remade the whole too denture, got home and have not been able to get them back in I called again today because I got a bill for $200.
