Paid for the "custom elite" package which is supposed to be the top of the line option with a 7 year warranty. I've had a tooth completely just fall out of the denture FOUR SEPARATE TIMES!!! Not even the same tooth! When I called to ask about it and to get in to get it fixed (because it was poorly made poor quality denture) I was told they won't help me because of a past due balance (which I disputed since I had a long conversation with Olivia when I first started this and told her I wanted to pay everything up front with mo... read more
Scheduled an appointment for 9am, 1.5 hours later, I still haven't been seen. What's the point of having an appointment schedule if it will not be at that time?

I went to Aspen Dental to get dentures. they took impressions and next appointment they pulled 14 teeth at one time and immediately put my dentures in. wasn't sure what to expect so I went with it. I've now had my teeth roughly five years and have had nothing but problems with the top ones cracking. I've had them in to be fixed at least 6-7 times with the last time being changed over $250. What kind of business does not answer their phones during the day to take a schedule? I Tried 3 times, left messages multiple times, they don't need my business, they need review their business model and maybe hire staff!

not happy. got my mouth scanned for permanent dentures. waited two weeks. came in for another appt and they had to rescan ok. waited another two weeks. came in for the appointment and was told my permanent dentures were not there yet because of shipping issue. After two weeks of calling and getting a message the phone system is down. I went into the office. I asked if my permanent dentures were there and they told me they were not there. the phones and computer system are still down. I paid a lot of money for these ... read more

This office is horrible. I went in because I had a broken tooth. After X-rays I advised that I needed to have several teeth removed. I opened a Care Credit to pay for the services at which time they billed my account $1400. The day before the surgery I was advised that they might need to reschedule do to the surgeon not being able to get a flight to MN. They also advised they would call me that afternoon. Horrible dentist office my husband came in for a painful tooth he just wanted pulled one tooth they had to take dozens of X-rays and tell him all his problems without paying attention to what he came in for He only wanted 1tooth pulled well they couldn't pin point which it was as the 2 other teeth needed pulling too o and here's the bill over $800!!!
