My husband had teeth pulled and fitted for dentures at the Sebring office, they quoted him one price and said you dont owe anything when you come in to have the teeth pulled and leave with dentures. The day we got there to have everything done they said you need $618 were like no we were told he didnt owe anything and we were never allowed to talk to the woman that said that but we paid it. I’m a new patient with ASPEN DENTAL - Arcadia FL, and my experience was GREAT! I went in for a cracked/broken front tooth, and I left with a cleaning and an AMAZING front tooth impression that looks identical to my other tooth. Shoutouts to the whole staff/team at ASPEN DENTAL. They did an AWESOME job for my first day, especially Kelsey who did my impression, I was really amazed! GREAT JOB KELSEY!
Dr. Aĺi, Kelsey and Juan show obvious care for the well being of their patients. Their expertise combined with a relaxed demeanor generate calm and informative decision-making for patients. I think they make a great team for Aspen Dental.
My first visit was great. Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. Kelsey was my dental assistant and made me feel like I’ve been there many times! The doctor and hygienist explain everything thoroughly and the reasoning for the work! The office manager is great at explaining things and not pushing everything! It seems like everybody helps everybody! Looking forward to my next appointment
I walked in to Arcadia Aspen Dental terrified. I have always had a fear of dentists. This place and the workers there have changed my mind. I received the best service from all of them. Kelsey made sure to help me feel calm and did a good job. Jasmin helped me with the billing, explaining ever detail. Andrea got me ready to see Dr. Henein.
