My first visit was great. Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. Kelsey was my dental assistant and made me feel like I’ve been there many times! The doctor and hygienist explain everything thoroughly and the reasoning for the work! The office manager is great at explaining things and not pushing everything! It seems like everybody helps everybody! Looking forward to my next appointment
I walked in to Arcadia Aspen Dental terrified. I have always had a fear of dentists. This place and the workers there have changed my mind. I received the best service from all of them. Kelsey made sure to help me feel calm and did a good job. Jasmin helped me with the billing, explaining ever detail. Andrea got me ready to see Dr. Henein. Had such a good experience at my dental appointment! Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The office was clean, and they got me in right on time. Harold, the manager, was really helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Definitely one of the best dental visits I’ve had!
I can’t begin to explain how awesome this place is but the one person that went above and beyond was Kyrstal. I am extremely happy with the work but I really am thankful the way I was treated. I was so relieved when they treated me like family. And Mr H was amazing, I’ve never had teeth pulled and had no pain. He is literally magic!! I’m not exaggerating on how great my experience was. Ten out of 10 recommend.
My experience with everyone I met was great. Krystal made me laugh and really eased my nervousness. The Dr. was very kind and thorough and explained everything to me. The office manager was also very kind and so hopeful with giving the most accurate cost for what’s needed with my insurance.
