The people were so nice especially to my 3 year old little girl who i had with me at my consultation. They let her sit on my lap and made her feel included. And when it came time for my cleaning they put on Bluey on the tv. The ladies there were so sweet to me and helped me through the numbing injections. The woman who did my cleaning even whipped my tears away and talked me through the whole experience. Counting down till the injection was done. This is a fantastic experience. Please understand it is for this location while other locations are nowhere near this perfection. Start your visit with Jasmine. She greats you like family and makes sure you have everything you need. She should be the reception manager. Now you have Andrea who is an assistant and teacher to Emily. I just recently had some work at Aspen dental in Arcadia Florida and I can't say enough how nice and professional the staff is and I'm very happy with everything that I have had done. I greatly appreciate them for the care and my concerns. Both doctor and staff are awesome.
Got my removal and temp dentures the same day. Honestly was minimal discomfort the whole process. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. DR.Ross Is exceptional and will explain and ease your fears. His DA was friendly and very helpful. 10/10 Would highly recommend Aspen Dental. I feel 100% better. Thank you.
The best Dental clinic I have truly ever been to. Professional. Clean. Amazing customer service. I can go on and on. I came in with excruciating pain and they took care of my problem immediately and helped alleviate my pain. 10/10. If you’re having any issues, don’t hesitate to give them a call.
