My first visit was great. Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. Kelsey was my dental assistant and made me feel like I’ve been there many times! The doctor and hygienist explain everything thoroughly and the reasoning for the work! The office manager is great at explaining things and not pushing everything! It seems like everybody helps everybody! Looking forward to my next appointment
I walked in to Arcadia Aspen Dental terrified. I have always had a fear of dentists. This place and the workers there have changed my mind. I received the best service from all of them. Kelsey made sure to help me feel calm and did a good job. Jasmin helped me with the billing, explaining ever detail. Andrea got me ready to see Dr. Henein. Had such a good experience at my dental appointment! Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The office was clean, and they got me in right on time. Harold, the manager, was really helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Definitely one of the best dental visits I’ve had!
I have to say that the staff was friendly but I feel that I was really taken advantage off. I get a cleaning done every 8-12 months and I was promised a deed cleaning for $2000 that only took 23 minutes from the moment that I sat down on the chair. I am very Dissatisfied and Disappointed with the service that I received and I canceled my Wife's and kids appointments to go to Aspen Dental. We going to a local family Dentist instead. I had a wonderful experience at Aspen. Dental, in Arcadia, Florida, the lady that claimed Mike, my teeth were fantastic and they'd done such AA thorough examination. I was very happy and I would recommend the dentist to everyone. I'll be back also to see them in january to finish my teeth
