Got my removal and temp dentures the same day. Honestly was minimal discomfort the whole process. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. DR.Ross Is exceptional and will explain and ease your fears. His DA was friendly and very helpful. 10/10 Would highly recommend Aspen Dental. I feel 100% better. Thank you.
We’re vacationing and my husband had a dental emergency. We called in the morning and were seen 40 minutes later. Harold, at the desk at the Arcadia facility was incredible!!! So friendly, informative, helpful, and calming. Then Dr. Ollie made the procedure (tooth extraction) painless. He had my husband feeling better within an hour! Thanks, Aspen Dental for saving our vacation!
My husband had teeth pulled and fitted for dentures at the Sebring office, they quoted him one price and said you dont owe anything when you come in to have the teeth pulled and leave with dentures. The day we got there to have everything done they said you need $618 were like no we were told he didnt owe anything and we were never allowed to talk to the woman that said that but we paid it. I walked in to Arcadia Aspen Dental terrified. I have always had a fear of dentists. This place and the workers there have changed my mind. I received the best service from all of them. Kelsey made sure to help me feel calm and did a good job. Jasmin helped me with the billing, explaining ever detail. Andrea got me ready to see Dr. Henein. Moved in new to this town, visited aspen dental here by my house and everyone made me feel so welcomed! From the front desk to the final process at check out wit the manager; what an amazing experience. Will definitely come back and refer my friends and family over.
