All of the staff were very helpful and they were very kind to my mother who was getting new dentures. The people were very polite from check in all the way until we were leaving and the financial director walked us through everything with no problems and understanding our needs. Overall it was a very decent experience and I don't think we'll have any problem going there again for any of our Dental needs.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental today! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiling faces at the front desk that made me feel welcome. Andrea was wonderful and made me feel comfortable while taking my photos and X-rays. The dentist was down-to-earth, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. After X rays and discussion it was decided that I should have a top denture made. Sara was amazing guiding me through the financing details. Impressions were completed in a timely manner, and I shall return twice more to complete this pricess. Everyone there was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.
This team is very nice and professional and care about you very much. The doctor will see that the job gets done right. Teeth work is expensive, but they try their best to give you the best deal - like joining their aspen rewards will save you a bunch off the top. I’m happy I came here and I plan to stay for a very long time.
We’re vacationing and my husband had a dental emergency. We called in the morning and were seen 40 minutes later. Harold, at the desk at the Arcadia facility was incredible!!! So friendly, informative, helpful, and calming. Then Dr. Ollie made the procedure (tooth extraction) painless. He had my husband feeling better within an hour! Thanks, Aspen Dental for saving our vacation!
