I had such a positive experience at Aspen Dental in Beaumont! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. I've never encountered a more INCOMPETENT group of people in my life ‼ The $ I've spent there to get so horribly treated is insane ‼
I sat in the lobby after checking in for an hour and a half. Once called to the back I was treated like I was an inconvenience from the start. The tech was talking about her Pap smear and boyfriend as I sat there getting dental X-rays taken. The hygenist finally came into my room after I waited another 30 minutes. She gave me the same spill of dental care that I heard giving the person next to me. They messed up my teeth and I went back to get it fixed and waited TWO hours and they never came and fixed it. The dentist was a very old guy who could not even walk im so mad I will definitely never be back.
