Went to my first appointment and set up a dental plan that totaled $11,000. I was fine with that because I knew I needed a lot of work. By my 3rd appointment I was scheduled for several extractions and given a temporary partial. 4 days after my face was so swollen until I went back in and was told there was nothing they could do for me, not give me a not because I couldn't work.
They are a very clean and friendly place, but I'm giving Them a 2 because they made me feel like they were just about the money not about the patient ,and they didn't talk over my options with me and try to decide what they could do to help me. They didn't even take a minute to look over everything and talk about it. They just said im pulling it. There could have been a different decision than to just pull my 2 teeth. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me exactly how it was going to happen and what was going to happen. The price was a little higher than I expected but for the services that I am going to receive, I guess that it's worth the money.
The Dentures I got today are Horrible. The teeth are not even straight, that was the least they could do,make the teeth line up with the center of my mouth, but no, not even close. The dentures I received are worse than the ones they are replacing them with. I could understand if they were a bad fit and need some adjustments, but these not only do they fit bad, the teeth are not even in the correct alinement and just look terrible.
