I have been without dentures for 10 years. I have tried multiple places multiple times and no one would work with me on the out of pocket cost. Aspen Dental is the only place that helped me and after 10 years of having no teeth, I am finally getting dentures through them! Everyone there was compassionate and caring about my situation.

Longer wait to be seen despite arriving 15min early. X-ray and hygienist care was average. Dr himself was good and knowledgeable, kind of the ‘get it done’ type personality. Overall experience B-

My teeth and gums are bad, so bad I have put off going to the dentist until far too late. I was and am embarrassed, depressed and feeling like I have no way to make it better. Then I went to Aspen Dental. The staff, from the first person, the receptionist, to the last, the accountant, made me feel welcome, showed understanding and support while still being professional and thorough. Terrible experience. Waited 40 min in lobby. X-ray tech professional as was Kim (receptionist) but office girls were rude, impatient in explaining “treatment plan” and charges. I went in for treatment of broken root canal and they took excessive x-rays then presented me with a treatment plan of $19,000 with all kinds of charges. They said teeth needed cleaning; my regular dentist has done it 4 weeks prior..they then claimed their cleaning was much more comprehensive. This place is extremely understanding of difficult situations and will do everything they can to work with you. Dentist doesn’t recommend anything that is not truly needed and they have financing. I can’t think of anything more I’d want in a dentist. OH and they still give out free toothbrushes!
