Staff is incredibly friendly, explained exactly what was happening with my teeth, and their plan to bring me to the best level of oral health that I have experienced. No insistence on costly procedures that have little expectation of success. Rather they were honest with my options and their recommendations. I like that.
I just wanted my bottom denture repaired after dropping it and breaking it in two. It was a very clean break and an easy repair. First, I had to make an appointment. Then I had to wait for an hour for my appointment. Then they were late calling me for my appointment. Then after my name was called, I was taken to X ray. I had a dental emergency while on an out of state road trip. My dentists were very reassuring and supportive as I was an emotional mess. They put in a temporary filling the same day, gave me a prescription, and I was put in a no interest payment plan for the services. Everyone who worked there was welcoming and supportive.
10/10 customer service. Very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Amazing staff, who will make sure to answer any questions you may have. Super clean and well organized rooms. My hygienist was one of the most funiest, kindest, caring people I have ever met! My first time in as a patient and definitely won’t be my last!!
Terrible experience. Loud and abrasive business manager who was quite rude about explaining whatever it was that she was trying to sound like an expert on, insisting I do a soft credit pull to sign up for a payment plan I didn’t even want or need. Dentist barely looked at my kids’ teeth but decided $3000+ work needs to be done and I need to pay $1000 before I even schedule an appointment? Yeah, right. Laughable.
