This place is extremely understanding of difficult situations and will do everything they can to work with you. Dentist doesn’t recommend anything that is not truly needed and they have financing. I can’t think of anything more I’d want in a dentist. OH and they still give out free toothbrushes!
Dr. Ellis and her Team are amazing. The process is so smooth from the front to the back. I am truly appreciative to be able to see someone I am confident in.
I just wanted my bottom denture repaired after dropping it and breaking it in two. It was a very clean break and an easy repair. First, I had to make an appointment. Then I had to wait for an hour for my appointment. Then they were late calling me for my appointment. Then after my name was called, I was taken to X ray. I didn't need X-rays, I just needed my denture repaired. I should have left then but I have a fondness for solid food and needed my denture repaired. Terrible experience. Loud and abrasive business manager who was quite rude about explaining whatever it was that she was trying to sound like an expert on, insisting I do a soft credit pull to sign up for a payment plan I didn’t even want or need. Dentist barely looked at my kids’ teeth but decided $3000+ work needs to be done and I need to pay $1000 before I even schedule an appointment? Yeah, right. Laughable. Alert !!!!! I was traveling through billings and needed to get a cleaning done since I was already behind 2 months on my cleaning and they were able to get me in right away showed up to my first appointment and took xrey the doctor came in and diagnosed me with 12 cavities and will need 2 crowns witch it 5000 dollars worth of treatment mean while not even 9 months ago when I got my cleaning done back home I had no cavity I was in complete distress crying my eyes out in the office because I don’t have 5000 to fix my tee... read more
