I have been to this office several times and I have always received the best service. I have been to many dentist in the Birmingham area but this is the only one I refer my co workers to. when my mother needed a pretty emergent and complicated extraction due to an abscess, the staff here were great! they did everything they could to work her in that day and did everything in their power to make her as comfortable as possible. Evening, I am seeing some really bad comments about Aspen Dental Office in Trussville. I feel it's a great time to share how me and my family have been treated there. EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THE FRONT TO THE BACK!!! I had my #2 tooth extracted today by Dr. Leggitt and HE WAS #AWESOME!!!! Even though I was SUPER NERVOUS....The staff did EVERYTHING to assure me that I was in GOOD HANDS!!!! When I tell you the root of this tooth was all the way up in my sinuses. ...I FELT NOTHING LIKE I IMAGINED AT ALL!! #UGUYSROCK
If you want a fantastic dentist, you better go to this office and see Dr. Prattipati. The whole staff took great care of me and most importantly, freed me from the toothache that had been killing me! Thanks for the outstanding experience.
