The current dentist and staff are great! I am very pleased with the young ladies that were very patient with me and because I had anxiety was willing to hold my hand and talk to me while my teeth were pulled. Dr McClure was very re-assuring and gentle.

My experience with Aspen at the McKinley Mall was my best experience with my dentist and the young lady that did my deep cleaning was awesome 👏 she made my fear of having the scaling done extremely comfortable and I left with a beautiful smile...they truly have made me overcome my fears of dental care and I will be returning back to complete what needs to get done because if anyone can get it done they can!! MY experience has been an absolute pleasure & would recommend this location to everyone!!

I made an appointment for a broken tooth (having never been a patient there). They were able to get me in the same day, took X-rays and did a cleaning. They explained my options and told me how much would be covered by insurance should I choose the treatment. I really appreciated this as it was an unexpected bill and I had no idea how much my insurance would cover. Needed my dental plate repaired.The people at Blasdell NY (Hamburg) Aspen are fantastic. They repaired it in about an hour. Gave me some options for a replacement plate later on. Very friendly

Staff is awesome and friendly. Put up with my "nerves" attacks. Very concerned for pain level. Dr was wonderful and kind. Only thing though is one dentist on at the time and my appt was delayed due to a procedure that took longer than expected. Time management could be better. All in all i am pleased with the care i m receiving.
Great place, great service. After messing with my dentures for 1 1/2 yrs. with them, they finally fit. I couldn't be happier.
