Everyone I've met so far has been kind and gracious (exactly what I have been wanting after some not-so-great experiences with other dental practices). I loved the ease of online scheduling and the extent of care offered at Aspen. I suffer from anxiety, but I felt perfectly at ease here. This office has been an answer to prayer!
My first impression of the staff at Aspen Dental in Burlington is AWESOME. The young ladies at the front desk were courteous and friendly and the office manager, Lisa, was gracious and understanding of the upcoming work I would need done and the costs associated. She went above and beyond in ensuring the most needed work would be done asap. Dr. Chandri didnt just tell me the issues, but showed me the areas of concern. Be very careful dealing with this dental office. They inflate and overprice their services and claim that your insurance didn't cover all services with their inflated prices and finesse patient into care credit accounts. After getting a care credit account with high interest rates, they take your insurance money and say that they aren't comfortable finishing work and deny refunds. From making my appointment to walking in the front door. Everyone always made me feel comfortable. Dentists offices usually make me nervous. I went through my evaluation. They had a plan for the work I need done. Sat down with the office manager Lisa, she had a breakdown of everything needed to be done. She set my appointments. Working around my work schedule. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to give this office a try. You will not be disappointed.
