My first impression of the staff at Aspen Dental in Burlington is AWESOME. The young ladies at the front desk were courteous and friendly and the office manager, Lisa, was gracious and understanding of the upcoming work I would need done and the costs associated. She went above and beyond in ensuring the most needed work would be done asap. Dr. Chandri didnt just tell me the issues, but showed me the areas of concern. From making my appointment to walking in the front door. Everyone always made me feel comfortable. Dentists offices usually make me nervous. I went through my evaluation. They had a plan for the work I need done. Sat down with the office manager Lisa, she had a breakdown of everything needed to be done. She set my appointments. Working around my work schedule. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to give this office a try. You will not be disappointed.
The dentist herself was great! I went in for emergency visit because I have some teeth that are broken and hurt. Got X-ray’s done and dentist said I need 4 teeth pulled 2 that are ASAP. So I sat with office manager Lisa to discuss payment and treatment plan. After bring approved for financing, I was responsible for a large amount and I can’t afford right now. My first visit was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and they were even able to fit me after my exam for a clean-up. Definitely will be back!
