My first impression of the staff at Aspen Dental in Burlington is AWESOME. The young ladies at the front desk were courteous and friendly and the office manager, Lisa, was gracious and understanding of the upcoming work I would need done and the costs associated. She went above and beyond in ensuring the most needed work would be done asap. Dr. Chandri didnt just tell me the issues, but showed me the areas of concern. Very pleased with every aspect of my visit. All personnel, including the receptionist, the assistants, and the doctor were friendly and very professional. I went there to discuss new dentures, and they were able to meet most of my needs in the one visit. I will pick up my new dentures in about 2 weeks or sooner. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

I had a last minute cancellation on the day I was scheduled for wisdom teeth extraction. The office had an opening for me to be seen. The office was clean and the staff were professional. They were able to extract my tooth in the same day. I am impressed with Aspen Dental’s good service.

I am pleased to share my wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. Drs Chandi and Staff exceeded my expectation at my first emergency visit Monday October 13th. A week later I had another appointment and they did not disappoint. Erica was wonderful. She assured me that the procedure was nothing to worry about. Dr Chandi was the nicest and did the work so professionally. I will definitely be back.
