Great staff! Very friendly, helpful, professional people. 1st time in an Aspen Dental and won't be my last. State of the art equipment and standard operations from what I'm used to as well. I also appreciate the staffs patience with me as I was in a hurry. They worked with me to get everything done in a timely manner so I can move forward from my emergency in the middle of my vacation. Thanks again!
I love the service I received from Aspen however, do not trust the office Manager. I was told before bleaching my teeth that it is covered under my insurance. I paid with my flex spending card which was later cancelled by the company because insurance did not pay for teeth whitening. I was told Aspen would have known in advance that the service would not be covered. Myself as well as my insurance has been reaching out to Aspen to discuss explanation of benefits and no one ever picks up.
My reason for choosing Aspen dental was to place crowns on my implants. Aspen was easily available to help me with the process. The staff were very friendly and office was very clean and equipped with state of the art technology. My reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is that like most dentistries the new patient process took me through a series of x rays and scanning that I didn't need. My first time visiting this office and it was amazing from check in to check out each staff member I came into contact with was amazing! This has been by far the best dentist visit I’ve experienced in my lifetime! Everyone was friendly and attentive! 100% recommend this office!
Very nice all around. Everybody was great They repaired my upper and we created a game plan for future treatment. I will be following up with these guys for sure!
