Everyone was wonderful from start to finish. Emma, Deidra, Marni, and Dr. Alagic were all very honest, thorough, and incredibly kind. My treatment plan reflected what we talked about and the pricing was very surprising (in a good way)! Thank you guys for your honesty and help with keeping my mouth and teeth healthy!!
I gave them 4 starts only because they were running behind and I was there for over 2 hours. Otherwise my first experience was a pleasant one. Everyone was informative and very friendly. I love my new dentist, Dr. Martin. She made me feel very at ease and comfortable. Thank you Aspen Dental. I look forward to moving toward a brand new smile.
I've had consistently great experiences at this Aspen Dental location. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and efficient. A special shout-out to Frank, the dental assistant, who made my first visit incredibly pleasant by handling my X-rays and getting me comfortably seated. We had an absolute wonderful experience today here. They were so friendly and my oldest who is shy around people and said she didn't want to be alone or talk to them had no issues and wasn't nervous anymore. She opened up. They worked with me to make sure my youngest had gotten her teeth taken care of. We will definitely be back and I will be making my appointment next.
Amazing staff. Every single person we interacted with was so kind and understanding, not once did my fiance ever feel judged for being nervous, and they actually went above and beyond to help figure out the best way to get him the best care possible. Financing options were available and super quick to get results. Highly recommend this place to anyone seeking care.
