I've had consistently great experiences at this Aspen Dental location. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and efficient. A special shout-out to Frank, the dental assistant, who made my first visit incredibly pleasant by handling my X-rays and getting me comfortably seated. Seriously the greatest dental visit of my life. Everyone there was so nice and supportive. They talked me through everything. I 200% recommend this location. I talked with 5 different associates that all were so great and they even said how much they love working there which makes all the difference!
Great dental experience. Dr. Martin runs a tight ship and has a fabulous team behind her. Dr. Martin was thorough and has been one of the best dentists I’ve seen. I have dental anxiety and this location has really put me at ease. 100% recommend!
I came in complaining about tooth pain on April 15, 2025 I had been experiencing for over a month. I was resigned to knowing I needed teeth pulled. After x-rays and an exam, I was told and assured that no teeth needed to be extracted. Instead I was told I needed to have a deep teeth cleaning (which I needed to pay $720 out of pocket) and also needed two teeth filled. I believed what I was told. Worst experience ever!!! Every time I go they try to charge you for something even for a cleaning when I am supposed to have two free cleaning a year. They do things to you that are not covered and wait until the next appointment to let you know. I will not be coming back here. I am going back to my last dentist. In Matthews. The only reason I came here was because it was close to my new house.
