I typically don't write reviews. However, my experience there at 8831 Albemarle Rd on 01/24 was by far the best. The staff was kind and courtesy, it was very cold out that day and offered my mom and daughter a blanket to keep extra warm. The office manager was very knowledgeable and explained everything just as clear. Dr. Nicole Martian who done my extraction was kind and funny she made me feel relaxed with no worries. I was recently visiting family in the Charlotte area and out of nowhere began to have significant pain in my lower back tooth. My daughter and her husband were relatively new to the area and couldn't recommend anyone. Since there was a dental practice close to their home and I was familiar with the name I decided to call them. They were able to get me in right away once I explained the amount of discomfort I was feeling. The staff at Aspen Dental (8831 Albemarle Rd) are some of the best I have ever dealt with (69 years). Dr’s Shelley and Martin are gifted dentists. Raven who is the hygienist did a deep cleaning for me. The entire process was seamless. Kelsi (front desk)!and Bri (financing) were friendly and efficient. The entire staff is top notch. If you have had a less than positive experience with a different Aspen office (as I did), do not give up before you try this practice. You will not be disappointed.

Aspen dental is money hungry!! I have had 3 appointments with them. Every time I go in a have to pay even for a cleaning when I am supposed to have two free cleaning a year. When they call you to confirm your appointment they do not tell you that you will be paying for it or if you will have a bill they wait until you get to the appointment amd tell you. This office is fairly new but can improve in some areas. I called and had my appointment rescheduled just to come into the office and be told that the appointment wasn’t scheduled…. What was the point of callling? Why wasn’t my appointment scheduled. Not only is that an inconvenience to me because I did my part… but there was no consideration to the fact that they messed up on their part. I just started visiting this office but things like this make me want to consider changing to another dental office. This is not cool.
