I found Aspen Dental Albermarle rd listing on my Aetna in-network list and booked the original appointment for 4/23 afternoon, but had to reschedule this appointment to 4/28 morning. Throughout the appt booking process, I'm positive I talked to the front desk at this location (not just call center), and that's how this appt was rescheduled. usually, I went to my dentist at work but now I'm retired. I tried to came in this one because it's near my house but when I came, they took x-ray and they just look and charge me $600 and can't do nothing . I went to another place they charged me only $300 and they did great .

Run far and fast. It is a gyp shop. All I wanted was a cleaning. I understand that an exam is needed. They were just trying to get $1,500 cash out of me. I was told that if the dentist didn't do a $250+ deep cleaning (with insurance), the dentist could lose her license. I'm 66 y.o. and my dentist in SC has done regular cleanings and I was with him 10 years. I've never had a high blood pressure reading. I had one a few months before and one a month later. Perfect BP. They are THE worst. Why did I make an appointment as new client, received confirmation via email AND text only to get to the appointment and they say they didn't receive confirmation!!! The inconvenience is absurd! What's the point in making an appointment if you guys are gonna cancel for NO reason! I wouldn't recommend this place! I should have listened to the reviews! Must be a sign NOT to use this dentistry!
