I've had consistently great experiences at this Aspen Dental location. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and efficient. A special shout-out to Frank, the dental assistant, who made my first visit incredibly pleasant by handling my X-rays and getting me comfortably seated. Only reason I am writing this review is because they kept asking for it. I was scheduled 11/6 at 8:30. Got there on time for a cracked tooth and booked for an extraction. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. They signed me up for a $3200 comprehensive plan while I was in pain and still didn't get my tooth pulled until 11:30-11:45 AM because the doctor in the facility was the only doctor there. We had an absolute wonderful experience today here. They were so friendly and my oldest who is shy around people and said she didn't want to be alone or talk to them had no issues and wasn't nervous anymore. She opened up. They worked with me to make sure my youngest had gotten her teeth taken care of. We will definitely be back and I will be making my appointment next.
Everyone was wonderful from start to finish. Emma, Deidra, Marni, and Dr. Alagic were all very honest, thorough, and incredibly kind. My treatment plan reflected what we talked about and the pricing was very surprising (in a good way)! Thank you guys for your honesty and help with keeping my mouth and teeth healthy!!
Amazing staff. Every single person we interacted with was so kind and understanding, not once did my fiance ever feel judged for being nervous, and they actually went above and beyond to help figure out the best way to get him the best care possible. Financing options were available and super quick to get results. Highly recommend this place to anyone seeking care.
