I've had consistently great experiences at this Aspen Dental location. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and efficient. A special shout-out to Frank, the dental assistant, who made my first visit incredibly pleasant by handling my X-rays and getting me comfortably seated. Seriously the greatest dental visit of my life. Everyone there was so nice and supportive. They talked me through everything. I 200% recommend this location. I talked with 5 different associates that all were so great and they even said how much they love working there which makes all the difference!
Great dental experience. Dr. Martin runs a tight ship and has a fabulous team behind her. Dr. Martin was thorough and has been one of the best dentists I’ve seen. I have dental anxiety and this location has really put me at ease. 100% recommend!
I came in complaining about tooth pain on April 15, 2025 I had been experiencing for over a month. I was resigned to knowing I needed teeth pulled. After x-rays and an exam, I was told and assured that no teeth needed to be extracted. Instead I was told I needed to have a deep teeth cleaning (which I needed to pay $720 out of pocket) and also needed two teeth filled. I believed what I was told. I typically don't write reviews. However, my experience there at 8831 Albemarle Rd on 01/24 was by far the best. The staff was kind and courtesy, it was very cold out that day and offered my mom and daughter a blanket to keep extra warm. The office manager was very knowledgeable and explained everything just as clear. Dr. Nicole Martian who done my extraction was kind and funny she made me feel relaxed with no worries.
