This truly is the place to go in my experience for quality work. Never have I ever been go taken care of in a dental office. My sister had the same experience. Expensive yes, especially as someone who is on Medicaid and pays out of pocket after having too much sub par work done by Medicaid dentists. Got me in for appointments so quick and the gentlemen I assume in the billing department aided me with a few discounts that really helped me out. Love that guy. Please avoid . First during x rays they didn't even put the barrier over top of me during the x rays but the time before they did. Last visit was told a cleaning then two small fill ins. Six months later the two teeth that needed filling in are magically not a problem anymore and now there's a new tooth that needs a fill in. Place is a corporate chain and best to avoid. Money is their only objective and priority. No inconsistency in dentists clearly. It would be best to look elsewhere!!!

If only my insurance permitted me to go anywhere else! On my first visit, it took nearly 2 hours for them to merely x ray my teeth and see the dentist for less than 5 minutes. Then I was scheduled to come back weeks later for the actual cleaning, and then more weeks later to receive fluoride. I have two kids under 18 months and absolutely do not have time--or childcare--for 3 visits to accomplish what usually is done at other offices in 45mins flat. one star because I have to! I was first told about financing that ended up dropping my loan because the office in Charlottesville rescheduled me several times and I was never told about a deadline for the work. The new office manager realized this and tried to make things right. I was called and offered free partial and crown because this wasn't my fault and they knew that. Terrible communication with main office. BIG problem with billing. Local dentist did excellent work but 6 months trying to get corrected invoice to insurance office.

STAY AWAY! I didn't realize a medical office could be this unorganized and negligent. Firstly, don't expect a cleaning at your first visit; they simply x-ray your mouth and get the dentist to look at your teeth for 5 minutes. Then, they will schedule a cleaning for you 2 months out. Today, I showed up for my cleaning appointment and they ask me if I received their text messages yesterday. They claim they emailed me and texted me yesterday to reschedule my appointment.
