You have to do something about their office staff. I requested to get some X-Rays images they've taken before because I wanted to visit another dentist. The lady that took my call (someone from their Charlottesville office, not from their phone central) said I had to go in person because the files were too big to share them online. I went there before their lunch time finished to get it over with early. If I could give a negative i would. They have lost there minds. Went in to get a tooth pulled and all said and done they wouldn't pull the tooth and said they would pull all of them and do dentures and they quoted me 7 different prices first one being 27 grand after my insurance the lowest they quoted me 3285 then got told they didn't calculate something right and it went to 10 grand.. so all and all stay away
I am absolutely appalled by the service, communication, and overall experience I received at this office. It is a complete money racket. I was told I needed a root canal and to come back afterwards to get a crown. When I return to get the crown, they told me they wouldn’t be able to do it until I had additional x-rays done (even though I was already told, I had everything that was needed), And until I had a cleaning and consultation with the doctor. During my visit, Alyssa served as dental assistant. She was very personable, kind and attentive. She answered all my questions and was always available after my appointment for assistance.
Well this is the dumbest company policy ever. I called and booked an appointment and gave my information time etc. on Friday they left a message for me to call and confirm which I called two times no one answered and there was not a recording to leave a message.i can not have my phone on my job, but the time I finished work it was night business already closed.
