I was seen by some really friendly and professional people that made me feel very comfortable. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and they took care of my needs in a prompt fashion. I got my X-rays and thorough consultation. I was also given a payment plan that was really important, since I am on a budget and in need of lots of dental care. I asked lots of questions and they were able to answer them for me. I really like the staff!!

I came in for a new patient appointment, and everything went smoothly from the moment I walked in. Aspen Dental is very clean, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk was very attentive and kind. The assistant who took me back—I believe her name was Ashley—was very nice and informative. The hygienist, Said, did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Finally, Dr. Shah was incredible. Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with doctors. They made me feel humiliated, uncomfortable, and I almost wanted to walk out halfway through the exam (which I think they realized when I started taking my own cape off and grabbed my things before they could even talk to me about what they saw in my xray). Skip the hour wait and go literally anywhere else. Unfortunately my experience with Aspen Dental has been both costly and morally concerning. I don't often write 1 star reviews, but felt the need to share for consideration of others where they put their trust. I have historically spotless dental health (no history of cavities, pain, etc.) so was shocked to be told I had 4 cavities that needed filling and needed a Gingival cleaning, all costing over $700 with insurance. I was told that I cannot opt for a normal cleaning, and also falsely told that gingivitis cannot be cured.... read more

Thank you for making my visit pleasant. I have always been nervous when going to the dentist, but everyone made me feel very comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly, I was seen on time, my cleaning was pain free, went over my treatment plan with coordinating manager. I am looking forward to my next visit.
