Though the dental X-ray/scanning part was stressful and a long process, I realize that it is necessary step to properly diagnose any treatments that are necessary. Aspen is very thorough and that’s a plus. All the staff including dentist very friendly and made me feel comfortable during my first appointment there. Highly recommend them. And looking forward to getting the needed dental work done next.
Each person I met in my first visit to Aspen Dental was very professional, explained everything, and also extremely friendly and helpful. My teeth and gums need much work and I knew before leaving the office about my plan of care and scheduling of future appointments and the cost of all of my procedures. I am extremely happy and so very comfortable to be cared for so well.
I made an appointment for my father at the Haddonfield Road location. Everyone in the office was very professional and demonstrated a genuine interest in helping us. I’d say everyone went above and beyond to make the appointment a great experience. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
Awesome experience. I scheduled an emergency extraction maybe 4 hours before they opened, I got in fast, receptionist was very kind and personable, all of the staff was very friendly, in fact. My doctor was wonderful and super fast, I didn't even know she was done until I had to ask because that is how quick she was. My first visit and of course, nervous, but the friendly staff made me very comfortable. Starting with front desk staff until checking out, were kind, courteous and very professional . Not pressure to make decisions on site, even though the consultation included, x-rays, ultrasound and a one on one Dr. free of charge. Left very satisfied, most likely , I”ll be back for what the Dr. recommended.
