I came in for a new patient appointment, and everything went smoothly from the moment I walked in. Aspen Dental is very clean, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk was very attentive and kind. The assistant who took me back—I believe her name was Ashley—was very nice and informative. Unfortunately my experience with Aspen Dental has been both costly and morally concerning. I don't often write 1 star reviews, but felt the need to share for consideration of others where they put their trust. I have historically spotless dental health (no history of cavities, pain, etc.) so was shocked to be told I had 4 cavities that needed filling and needed a Gingival cleaning, all costing over $700 with insurance. Aspen Dental was a great experience. Concierge was very pleasant. The Staff took good care of me. They answered all of my questions. They made sure I understood everything that they explained to me. I would recommend this Dentist to my Family and Friends 👍

I came to Aspen Dental expecting a routine dental exam and cleaning, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive the cleaning at all. Instead, I was given a set of X-rays and a treatment plan, which included three fillings—not for cavities, but for indentations on three teeth—and two wisdom teeth extractions.
