I broke a tooth on Tues night and was so grateful that Aspen dental was able to see me at 9:30 the next morning. The staff there is top notch, and put me at ease every step of the way. The x-ray tech was so friendly and assured me multiple times that everything was going to be alright—which was much needed as my tooth was broken and I have a general fear of the dentist. I was seen by some really friendly and professional people that made me feel very comfortable. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and they took care of my needs in a prompt fashion. I got my X-rays and thorough consultation. I was also given a payment plan that was really important, since I am on a budget and in need of lots of dental care. I asked lots of questions and they were able to answer them for me. I really like the staff!!
I came in for a new patient appointment, and everything went smoothly from the moment I walked in. Aspen Dental is very clean, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk was very attentive and kind. The assistant who took me back—I believe her name was Ashley—was very nice and informative. This place was outstanding! From the moment I walked through the door, the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to introduce themselves while walking me through the entire process. I can honestly say this is the best dentist I’ve ever been to, and I actually look forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend!
Had need for an emergency dental visit while visiting family in NJ. The Cherry Hill Aspen office took care of my needs promptly and efficiently. All staff were accommodating, friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this office and now will look into the Aspen practice near my home.
