Everyone at this location is super sweet and helpful. They really do work with you and help you make the best choices. I got 2 teeth extracted and was super nervous during, but the dentist and assistant were very reassuring the entire time. They made sure to i was plenty numb and didnt feel a thing, and the problem went by super quick! I highly recommend!
I just changed dental offices due to a move, and let's just say, that from the moment I stepped into Aspen Dental, I was greeted by the nicest people. Everyone was super nice and comforting. They broke down all the information for me, which included scans and pictures of my teeth, and helped me plan my upcoming visits that best fit my schedule. They took their time and energy to help make my visit as comfortable as possible.
This is my second visit at Aspen, the first visit not so great and my review would not been as well. I was received promptly and my x-rays, the dental hygienist and the dentist all came in and provided a great experience. The work that I need is a more complex than what they are able to do. If they were able to provide the services that I need, I would definitely use this Aspen Dental. I’m glad I decided to give them a second chance and it was a good experience.
Final Update: Over a Week and Still No Response—Escalating the Issue It’s been over a week since Aspen Dental replied to my review, claiming my concerns had been forwarded to management. Despite this, no one has contacted me. Their failure to follow through—and to address the clear disrespect I experienced during my visit—is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. If you have money to burn, feel free to go here. Some of the staff are friendly but some of them are very insulting and need a healthy dose of learning how to engage clients properly. I understand that businesses need to make money but there's a point it becomes total greed and shareholder placating behavior versus patient care. It seems aspen dental has crossed that boundary. I will never set foot in any of their offices again.
