The doctor and the x-ray tech were very nice and professional but the facility seems to be run horribly. I followed the proper appointment protocols but when I arrived they had canceled my appointment without contacting me. I was I terrible pain from a cracked tooth so they said they would “fit me in”. The actual dental work was fine, aside from 2 (maybe 3) visits worth of work being split over 6 appointments. Dealing with their billing incompetence was a NIGHTMARE. First, I get sent a bill for over $900 (after paying 1k upfront) about 3 months after my visit. I end up finding out it’s because the majority of my dental work was done by an out of network dentist (including work that was cut short with the visit I had with the in network dentist with no explanation). Worst experience! I can’t speak about actual dental work there, but the service is completely unprofessional. Absolutely no respect of people’s time. The front desk employee is barely welcoming customers and speaks with an attitude, almost like you are bothering her. The office manager - Abigail - also have a very rude tone, can’t answer direct clear questions (but is quick to cute you off in the middle of you speaking) and is unable to provide any solution on her own. DO NOT USE Aspen Dental for dental work. They are con artist, trained to pedal procedures that they claim are covered by insurance and then bill you after the fact for thousands of dollars!! Check out the other reviews about bate and switch billing! They are ghetto con artist! Run Away!
The actual Dentist I saw was fine. However I wasted 2 months dealing with the office staff. I was going to get dentures on top of implants. I Have good Insurance and $17,500 out of pocket costs in the bank. However, it’s unbelievable the person they have answering the phone still has employment. Totally unprofessional and rude.
