It was my first visit there for a cleaning. The facility is very nice. They did X-rays and a reading on my bone loss. After that I spoke with a woman who said I can have the cleaning now. I had already spent close to an hour and had plans so I was going to schedule it for a future date. She still wanted me to pay for cleaning! I did not want to pay for a procedure before I had it done so I changed my plan for that day to have them cleaned. It was bizarre
This was my first visit, everyone one was very helpful and informative. This help my fear of seeing the dentist a lot more comfortable. I will follow-up with plan. Best.
Only getting two stars because the dental team is nice and attentive. Their billing department is horrible. There was an extra $100 charge for my wisdom teeth surgery after running it through my insurance. Instead of emailing me or calling me of this extra charge, they let it sit in my account for months while I paid off what I thought was owed through a credit card they had me sign up for. Nice experience. Staff is very friendly. I’ve had xrays before but the plastic-like piece that goes in your mouth hurt the roof of mine. That experience is preventing this from being 5/5. Natalie was super nice and I like that she explained what she was doing. (Also wish there was another opening in the parking lot.)
Staff wasn’t very friendly, I was waiting in their for hours, front desk person through a phone number was a social security number, and I’ve tried to cancel my appointments many times. Left numerous voicemails and got ahold of someone today and they still haven’t cancelled my appointments for me. Would not recommend at all.
