It started when I made my 1st phone call to Aspen Dental. Carleen who was the 1st person I spoke with was unbelievably sweet...sensitive and willing to help. The next person that called me was Stacy I think to get more information. ...another sweet...nice helpful person. I walked into the ofc at 6:45am. The woman at the desk was also so delightful. I had a very positive experience at Aspen dental. The receptionist was very patient with me, as I was in pain & a new patient. The office is clean & neat. Everyone is kind & knowledgeable in their respective profession. The dentist was quick & very nice to me! I will be returning soon ! Thanks for everything Aspen dental.....
Dr Lee was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They have an orthodontist on site as well. The staff was great, using sanitizer on chairs and equipment after use. They had state of art technology. The office was impeccable. Definitely keeping my dentist.
I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment to complete the necessary paperwork and was called back promptly at my scheduled time. The visit began with a series of X-rays followed by an initial consultation with the dentist. The periodontal charting was efficient, and I was impressed by the team's professionalism, kindness, and welcoming demeanor. The wait time for my set appointment at 5 pm was a little extreme and maybe that's was why because of a evening appointment but after you finally get called for your appointment it was perfect honestly. The waiting room was comfortable though so my appointment really was worth the wait. They also have interest fee, no penalty if payed early, 18 month payment option if you qualify for your dental treatment plan, so that's Great 😃
