To be honest, the fact that I was told it was a checkup and there was no cleaning was disappointing. X-rays were taken and then I was given an extensive list of possible treatments. I was then told that a cleaning is not a checkup and the cleaning would have to be scheduled at a separate time which is months from now. I do have fairly good dental insurance and have previously paid other dentists for treatments but have always received cleanings before any treatments were given.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment to complete the necessary paperwork and was called back promptly at my scheduled time. The visit began with a series of X-rays followed by an initial consultation with the dentist. The periodontal charting was efficient, and I was impressed by the team's professionalism, kindness, and welcoming demeanor. The wait time for my set appointment at 5 pm was a little extreme and maybe that's was why because of a evening appointment but after you finally get called for your appointment it was perfect honestly. The waiting room was comfortable though so my appointment really was worth the wait. They also have interest fee, no penalty if payed early, 18 month payment option if you qualify for your dental treatment plan, so that's Great 😃

It started when I made my 1st phone call to Aspen Dental. Carleen who was the 1st person I spoke with was unbelievably sweet...sensitive and willing to help. The next person that called me was Stacy I think to get more information. ...another sweet...nice helpful person. I walked into the ofc at 6:45am. The woman at the desk was also so delightful. I rarely leave negative reviews, but what happened at this office deserves to be shared. I came in with pain and left emotionally drained, misled, and nearly pushed into a completely unnecessary $8,000 treatment plan. I was told I needed an antibiotic cleaning and possibly a root canal, with little explanation or diagnosis—just a rushed treatment schedule and an immediate demand for money.
