Complete waste of time. Wrote about my horrible experience on consumer affairs website and what a SCAM i thought it was. BUYER BEWARE! CHECK REVIEWS and REFERENCES! When a website has all poisitive glowing reviews thats red flag number !. The world I live in doesn't work like that. I wanna hear the other side - what people have to say. Red flag #2, their generic response to my review. The APPEARANCE that they care and value you. Thats all it is. So fake, so lame!

I called for an emergency tooth pull. They were able to get me in the following morning, called and canceled my appointment 40 minutes before. Made me wait 4 more days (for an emergency). Tooth was pulled and she did great on the procedure. I was sent home without pain management!!!! I was told Tylenol which has no affect on this pain! I can not believe that did not give me pain meds after jerking my jaw back and forth and pulling a bone out of my head! Horrible care I wouldn't let them help with my cracked tooth because of how I was treated. Too many x-rays for one cracked tooth, kept asking why, we need them. Finally get to exam room and after going back and forth with girl trying to tell her NO to a hygienist-cracked tooth. Dentist comes in room with attitude and tapped on my cracked tooth. Not a great experience. Seemed chaotic and like Nobody knew what was going on. I had to ask what I was waiting for and saw about four different people in one consultation visit . My specific questions I had (which I mentioned in my initial sign up) were not able to get answers for and I just got told I should see a cosmetic dentist . I didn't even get a solution for my TMJ which is a common issue and was told that they don't prescribe mouth guards. I felt like I wasted my time.

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME! Went in for a cavity and regular cleaning. They took me in, did X-rays and scans. The hygienist came in and did the measurement thing on my gums. She said I was reading a couple 4s and had to get a gingivitis treatment...$600 OUT OF POCKET!!!! Absolutely not. I requested just a regular cleaning because I have some Tartar buildup I want rid of but they refused because I wouldn't do the gingivitis cleaning! Find yourself a local dentist before going to any of the Aspen locations. You will find it nearly impossible to schedule a cleaning, all these people care about is charging people for check up visits with a dentist without ever seeing a hygienist. Huge scam and waste of time.
