This was a very pleasant experience. First time patient and loved the friendliness of all the staff. Cassandra took my xrays and she is above and beyond amazing, she is not only beautiful but thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I think her name was Katie but she is also so talented and thorough. This experience has made me less anxious about coming to a dentist. The doc is amazing. Definitely recommend this office.
I REALLY don’t like going to any dentist but my experience at Aspen Dental was great! Super nice staff and great communication. At all phases of the appointment, they explained what was going to happen and why! Thanks for easing my nerves during my time there!!🤙🏾
Everything about my experience was fantastic! The gentleman (Brian) welcomed me at reception was understanding on the phone and in person. The assistants were very sweet and the dentist was knowledgeable and competent — she made my urgent tooth extraction painless and as comfortable as possible. I am so relieved they were able to get me in and help me, thank you!!!
My experience here at Aspen dental was amazing. Dr. Bam, Nicole, dental hygienist Cathy treated me like a in network patient even though later we found out I wasn’t under the same network. They helped me above and beyond and treated me like their own patient. Thank you so much for all the help and guidance. I will be switching my provider to get in the same network as Aspen.
Reason for going was my husbands bottom plate is loose. Was hoping they could reline and make them fit better. Enter the Dentist!! Got a big spiel how they could use the original denture and place screws in bottom jaw BLAH, BLAH, BLAH! $7200.00 later he would have a bottom denture that wouldn't slip or come loose. What would it cost to make brand new. Sorry to say I am not real pleased not sure about my husband. I have ranted, thanks for listening.
