This was a very pleasant experience. First time patient and loved the friendliness of all the staff. Cassandra took my xrays and she is above and beyond amazing, she is not only beautiful but thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I think her name was Katie but she is also so talented and thorough. This experience has made me less anxious about coming to a dentist. The doc is amazing. Definitely recommend this office.
I lost a tooth from my dentures from another dentist. My other dentist wouldn't see me for 10 days. I called Aspen. Not only did they get me in that same day. They repaired them and I was eating steak that evening. Everyone from the office staff to the repair technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Just a fantastic experience all around. Aspen is my new dentist now. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much Aspen.
I'm a first-time patient with Aspen Dental in Clearwater. The entire staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. My dentist explained the treatment plan she developed for me in detail and was able to answer all of my questions and provide different options. After I was done with my consultation I was turned over another staff member who walked me through my financing options based on my insurance coverage. I had a very good experience here. From the front desk on! Ben and Brian were welcoming and helpful getting me in for my appointment. Dr. Bam was so sweet and Kathy took amazing care of me too. Went in as I needed to get a crown put back on but also was overdue for a cleaning and I was able to get both. Very friendly staff and the office was clean and inviting. Highly recommend the Clearwater location!
My experience here at Aspen dental was amazing. Dr. Bam, Nicole, dental hygienist Cathy treated me like a in network patient even though later we found out I wasn’t under the same network. They helped me above and beyond and treated me like their own patient. Thank you so much for all the help and guidance. I will be switching my provider to get in the same network as Aspen.
