It was my first visit and from the young lady at the front desk to the xray tech, then onto the Dr and last the office manager. It was a very good experience. Everyone was polite and answered all of my concerns and questions. Plus the price they gave me for the whole procedure I'll need done, was thousands of dollars less than the 2 other places I went too. I will recommend them to everyone if my friends and family.
Would not go back. I've never felt more milked for money before by a dentist. Way too long of wait times. So much so that on my first appointment day, I had to leave and reschedule for the service I originally went in for. I do appreciate that they gave me care for something extra but I was unemployed at the time and every penny counts. What a great experience. Everyone in the office is so friendly. The office manager greets you when you come in. And Kathy did such an amazing job and was so kind. And Dr. Bam was quick and efficient as well. Glad I chose to come here today for my services.
I had been going to Bright Now Dental for 8 years, but felt that their quality of service and diagnosis has been dropping, so I thought I would try the new Aspen Dental on Gulf to Bay to see if there was a difference. The answer is a resounding yes! The office is a year-old and had all of the latest equipment. Everyone that assisted me was fantastic and provided me with a plan to get my teeth where I wanted them to be. I'm so glad I made the change!
Aspen Dental has served me well for the past 12 years since I started with them. The staff is very friendly every time I go in. I can usually get a same day appointment. If not, then the next day. I have had no complaints about anything since day one. Outstanding company to do business with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
