AVOID this dental office at all cost if you are looking for quality care! This place is ONLY concerned about money. I came in for a dental emergency consultation which they assured me was free of charge - but I wasn’t worried because this is 100% covered by my insurance. Instead of doing the emergency consultation that I desperately needed, they try to do a routine dental consult and sell me things. I recently went in to have two wisdom teeth removed, but after a thorough evaluation, the doctor recommended extracting only one due to age-related risks. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain everything and prioritize my safety, it made me feel well cared for. I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Coral Springs. They were right on time with my appointment, and everyone was so welcoming from start to finish. They did a great job with my care, but what I loved the most was the amazing teamwork, you can really feel how well the staff works together. Highly recommend!
Best dentist office experience ever!! Went for a checkup and teeth cleaning. Staff was professional and welcoming throughout the visit. Betty is an amazing Hygienist who deserves an additional 5 stars. The staff provided clear communication on the treatment plan and remaining out of pocket costs based on my insurance. I will recommend Aspen Dental to everyone! Great job.
Absolutely terrible experience. Staff was awesome but there procedures are not pain friendly. Book a appointment for a broken tooth extraction. Call the company number and made a appointment for the extraction. Discuss this matter that I needed it removed. They say yes that they could help. Had to leave work early. Drive all the way down. Staff was great. But after everything was done. Was told each extraction was about 200-250 each tooth Staff .said it would be 1100 dollars if I wanted to remote one too... read more
