I was TERRIFIED when arriving. I do not like the dentist, BUT… EVERYONE was soooo friendly and welcoming. DA Rominik was very sweet and thorough with the X-rays. Mrs Betty came in and got straight to the point and I absolutely loved her honesty and thoroughness as well. Dr Charlton was just the icing on top of the cake. She was such a gem and made me feel even more comfortable and told me the issues while also informing that all will be well and gave her suggestions as well as everyone else. I love this doctor office. The Dr is beyond great Dr.Charlton. The staff DA: Tominit and Hys: Betty took beyond care of me and made me feel seen, comfortable and took care of my needs. Definitely recommend coming.:)
The staff here was amazing! From the moment I walked in the receptionist Dani welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable! The woman who did my exam/X-ray made me feel comfortable as well and was super patient. Hygienist Angela was very reassuring and gentle when it came to getting my teeth clean and when it was time to get my tooth extraction done Dr. Charlton and her assistant Daryl were amazing when it came to making me feel relax. I was referred to this office by a friend. I am happy that she referred me. From the minute I walked in the door, I felt very comfortable. Usually when I visit the dentist, I am nervous, and my blood pressure goes up. I am very satisfied with the entire staff and office and will gladly recommend it.
I had a wonderful experience at the Coral Springs location. Everyone was friendly and made it so easy. Recommend them if you need dental work done.
