Went for a cleaning and regular check up 1st time ever at an Aspen and I will definitely be back! The front desk reception to my ending floride, hygienist, dentist and everyone in between were awesome! Efficient, thorough, and was able to get a cost estimate while I was in the chair for something elective that I wanted. Smart, friendly and warm and efficient. Everything I was looking for! I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and kind. The team made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my entire visit. The service was top-notch, and I really appreciated the attention to detail and care they provided. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for excellent dental care with a great team of professionals!
I'm truly grateful to all the staff . They are professional and friendly in which makes the experience so much easier. And if you need help , a call to them has always been easy enough to help immediately or they know what's going on and can help on the phone or they take you in quickly. A great group of professionals and always very pleasant.
Joe is the absolute BEST. I had to get a good amount of work done and was super nervous about it, he made sure to take (a lot of) extra time just to answer every question/concern I had (which I likely kept repeating myself, but he didnt mind) and walk me through the entire process step by step. Even stayed 1/2 hour late because of all my questions! Not only that, but he was beyond cautious when working on my teeth given the level of pain I was in. All of the office staff is so caring, patient, and kind. I’m not a fan of the dentist but everyone took the time to make sure I was comfortable and well informed on my dental health. The manager, I believe her name was Courtney, also took the time to go over payment for my services to help make sure I understood what all the charges were. I will absolutely be returning to this office!!
