Posted over the weekend after placing calls to an answering service after a temp crown came out. It happens- I know that but... every call they noted I had called prior n when asked if the dentist on call received it- YES was the answer. Monday am I called 15 minutes after they opened- to get it replied. According to their response to this site- they reached out to me- FALSE. The office excuse 'dentist' never received the message'. Had a temporary crown put in Saturday am- lost it when I ate 6 hours later... 2 days of calling them only to be promised an on call dentist would call in two hours... NEVER HAPPENED!!!! I realize that this happens but it is totally irresponsible for the on call not to follow up!!! Am wondering WHY at this point I should trust them in my ongoing care???? BTW am a new patient to this service.
Worst experience we ever had. My husband and I paid money upfront for his tooth extraction because they wouldn't go through our insurance, not after the procedure. It has been almost 4 months now and our insurance said they still have not gotten the claim yet!! I mean what is going on here? We have never experienced this with our other family dentist. Wish we didn't go there at all. Very frustrating and has never been disappointed!! Told my family and friends to never go there!
