I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bratanava! She is professional, gentle, and really takes the time to explain everything clearly. The office is welcoming and the staff is kind, making the whole visit stress-free. I left feeling confident about my dental care and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Dr. Bratanava to anyone looking for an excellent dentist!🦷
Went here a few weeks ago and after getting a second opinion today I realized how much they SCAMMED me! First of all the doctor was so rude I don’t remember her name but she was so mean and reminded me why I hate the dentist. They gave me a break down of everything and they wanted me to pay over $3000 for fillings and cleaning. Absolutely ridiculous. The lady dentist, Dr. Bratanava, is extremely condescending and rude. I had questions and she waved them away and gave me so much attitude. I don’t know how she was hired in the first place if that’s how she treats her patients. If this is how Aspen is hiring they need to seriously reconsider how and who they hire. The dental assistant told me 3 people quit in less than a month… that tells me all I need to know about this location. Definitely not the best place to be a patient or an employee. I have never had such a pleasant experience at a dentist office before. So friendly,and willing to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable during your visit. Highly recommend Derry's Aspen Dental for all your dental need's
Excellent experience at Aspen Dental! The staff was very helpful and honest! My Mom had purchased dentures from a different Aspen location in the past but found the bottoms uncomfortable and seldom wore them. When with met with Mia she was able to adjust her existing dentures rather then sell her a new one. All around great experience! Highly recommend.
