I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bratanava! She is professional, gentle, and really takes the time to explain everything clearly. The office is welcoming and the staff is kind, making the whole visit stress-free. I left feeling confident about my dental care and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Dr. Bratanava to anyone looking for an excellent dentist!🦷
I can't say enough about Dr B and the rest of the staff here. Dr B is exceptional and every staff member that I have dealt with there over the last 2 years. From every hygienist dental assistant other Dr's, Courtney out front. I am not naming everybody but the whole staff is an absolute pleasure. I have recommended this office to my own mother and would certainly recommend them to anyone else. I have nothing but the highest regard for them and their work.
Great office and friendly staff!! Dr Meka aka Dr Nick and Jacob were great, explained everything to me and the new updated scans and X-rays are so cool to see! Technology is wild and has come a long way since pencil and paper charts!
Went here a few weeks ago and after getting a second opinion today I realized how much they SCAMMED me! First of all the doctor was so rude I don’t remember her name but she was so mean and reminded me why I hate the dentist. They gave me a break down of everything and they wanted me to pay over $3000 for fillings and cleaning. Absolutely ridiculous. The lady dentist, Dr. Bratanava, is extremely condescending and rude. I had questions and she waved them away and gave me so much attitude. I don’t know how she was hired in the first place if that’s how she treats her patients. If this is how Aspen is hiring they need to seriously reconsider how and who they hire. The dental assistant told me 3 people quit in less than a month… that tells me all I need to know about this location. Definitely not the best place to be a patient or an employee.
