When I walked through the door, it was a very inviting, feeling very comfortable. The lighting was perfect. The lady who checked me in was very polite and nonjudgmental. The staff was amazing. The dentist was very personable. I enjoyed the whole experience. I look forward to my next appointment.
This place is awesome. Everyone from the receptionist, dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist were all not only professional but friendly and treated me like a friend. They explained every procedure and treatment before they performed them. I got an extraction and it was the easiest one I have ever had. The assistant manager explained all the financial end and went over insurance and everything. She made me feel at ease about cost. Thank you to everyone there for treating me like a person. You are now my dentist.
The entire staff has gone out of their way to help with my anxiety, question, and my general incompetence with Dental health. They got me in fast,and although I missed my first appointment they were still very courteous and did all they could to help reschedule. Not only this but I became very worried about a complication afterwards and they had me come in ASAP to get seen and informed me that everything looked great and it made me feel much better. My husband and I had appointments an hours and a half apart, on the same day. There was a cancellation and the office called me and changed my husband’s appointment closer to mine. Very nice of her, it’s saved us from having to wait. Also everyone at Aspen is so nice, friendly, and professional. We moved to Arkansas recently and are extremely happy that we found Aspen Dental😊
After the recent experiences with my last dentist, I’ll tell you this place was a breath of fresh air. Yes you heard right, I actually didn’t mind being at the dentist while there. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I could just feel that the quality was better… all around. I’ll definitely be getting all my dental work here.
