Got my teeth cleaned. The hygienists did an excellent job in cleaning my teeth thoroughly and explained the steps well. They were gentle and mindful to not cause unnecessary pain or sensitivity. Would recommend this Aspen to everyone
Was able to schedule an appointment on line on Sunday night for Monday morning. Was happily surprised to get an appointment so quickly. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out each caretaker encounter was exceptional. Excited to start my journey with Aspen Dental.
My experience here was absolutely TERRIBLE!! My appointment was at 9:30 and I was on time but I wasn’t taken back until 9:45, annoying but not the biggest deal. My problem was first the amount of x-rays given to me felt a little ridiculous. I received 3-4 and they were quite uncomfortable. Then I had 4 dentists come into my booth to look at my teeth and all said they looked fantastic but none of them did ANY cleaning. At this time is it now 10:15. Aspen staff was absolutely amazing. From the time I walked in the door until I left they were amazing. Kind, mindful, non-judgmental, explained every step of the way in full detail. Gave me every option and included me in my care and plans.
OK, so today was my first time here and let me tell you - their customer service is amazing. I've been dealing with issues with a crown I had placed almost 10 years ago (I've had issues with it since the moment i had it done), and this is the first time I've felt heard. They offer care credit which is the route I have chosen to get my work done. It's going to be expensive but worth it.
