I cannot say enough, good things about Aspen dental in Fayetteville! By the time I found Aspen dental, I had been to other Dentist who did work that was less than acceptable. Great team and dentist. I had to have my molar removed and the experience was great. They treated my kindly and very gentle although it was a difficult extraction. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Great job!!!!!!
I felt listened to and not judged at this office unlike previous experiences with dentists. I know they're busy and I never felt rushed. The whole staff has been friendly in our interactions. The doctor really knows her stuff and has done excellent work on me and my family. I'd send anyone I know to her.

do NOT go here for denture replacements. I wasted a full month with 5 visits only to get offered my money back saying they couldn't help me. No wonder they couldn't help me, every time they did adjustments to the original model when they sent it back to be reprinted they didn't include the adjustments they had just made to make them fit; so each time I came back for another fitting they didn't fit again. At least I got my money back, but now have to start over at square one somewhere else.

Just a terrible experience I was in terrible pain but also went there because I had a dental work to be done and was going to be spending quite a bit of money to get work done initially went there to get a tooth extracted but they refused and left me in pain through the holiday with no help and argued with me just an awful experience do not recommend going another place that only cares about money and not the patient I will find a new dentist that cares about me and my mission to get my teeth repaired.

Problems started when I called to make an appointment and since i'm on my parents dental insurance I gave the lady all the information over the phone. She then proceeded to ask for my fathers social to run it through insurance and when I told her she didn't need it to run the service she got defensive. Saying she does this every day and that it was needed to be seen, I also work in insurance and it's not needed if it's not a government funded plan. My husband had two teeth removed. Not only did the dentist not prescribe any antibiotics or pain medication the front office double billed my credit card. The teeth became infected and he had to see another dentist to get stitches and antibiotics. Do not go to this office!
