Had to have a tooth pulled and chose Aspen Dental in Forest City. Went there for 2 reasons. 1. It is so hard to get an appointment at any of the local dentist that isn’t months away. 2. Friends of mine had a great experience here. I was treated very good. Every detail was explained beforehand and was treated with kindness and compassion. Dentist and staff were very adamant that I was as pain free and as comfortable as I could be throughout the treatment. Will be going back for more work in the near future.
I want to thank Dr Mohamed for his professional service and care for me. As a first time patient at Aspen Dental in forest city. And I want to thank Payton and Zoie as Dental assistants for the care and service from them that it made me comfortable to be at Aspen Dental. Thank you so very much. Mark Birmingham.
Dentist is wonderful here. But the office manager Gabby needs to learn how to talk to people. Very unprofessional. Will not go back to this location.... since you get treated like ur not a paying customer. Only reason I gave a 1 star is because the dentist. He deserves a 5 star with his work. But office manager brung it down to 1 star. Thanks for the experience Gabby... know where not to come back to ...
Terrible customer service experience. Completely unprofessional. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid the drama
Worst new patient process ever! So far we have reached Az, Fl but not a soul in Forest city. Registration process is not at all friendly to say the least. I guess they aren’t interested in a growing a practice because we have yet to get someone to call us back from the Forest City office. This would have been our first appointment. We’ve decided to go elsewhere.
