I recently visited Aspen Dental for the removal of three wisdom teeth, during the procedure they were only able to extract two of the three wisdom teeth due to a complication with one. I had already had a card on file and was charged for the procedure upon leaving. At the time I hadn't looked or asked to check if the price was adjusted for the tooth that was not removed. Had a tooth brake yesterday at 5 pm. Contacted them to see if I could get in today to get it pulled. They did the X-rays, exam and regular stuff. Dentist came in and told me about my issues with my teeth and then he looked at the broken one and said you need an oral surgeon to pull it and it will be 2 weeks until they are in. Asked if he could ground the sharp edges of the broken tooth. He said after you meet with the treatment specialist. I would give 0 stars if I could. Tried to sell me on a bunch of treatments when I was there for a TMJ issue that they then said they knew nothing about.Do not go here if you are a college student. The x ray tech and front desk lady's were very sweet but the hygienist and doctor clearly only wanted to make money off of me.
