Very pleased with the service provided by the team at the Franklin, NC Aspen Dental. My, 94 yo, mom had a molar that was infected and needed pulled. I called at 8:30 AM Monday morning and they gave us an appointment for 9:30 AM….and she had never been a patient of theirs!!!! Amazing!!! I took her they took fantastic care of her, very patient and worked with her slowly so she could follow what was happening! I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience here deserves to be shared. I went in hoping for a simple dental exam and cleaning, but things quickly went downhill. First, they were very pushy about getting X-rays and additional services I didn’t ask for. It felt more like a sales pitch than a dental visit. After my initial consultation, they presented me with a treatment plan that totaled way more than I expected—and when I asked for clarification, the staff got noticeably less friendly. As much as a tooth extraction is never any fun, this extraction went very well. Everything was done very professionally and better than expected. The fee schedule is also very reasonable and I will be coming back to finish my treatment plan.
The staff and doctors were very kind and helpful. My one complaint was that I waited for over an hour past my appointment time. Also, I wasn’t told ahead of time that I would have to pay a percentage of the anticipated total cost. Costs were very reasonable. It would just have been helpful to know that ahead of time.
I was a Friday (8 am)morning walk in. I had broken a tooth in half and was in severe pain. I was greeted with a smile and concern by the staff. They got me in quickly and Dr Cardinal look at it and removed the tooth. The staff is awesome and Dr Cardinal is the best dentist I have ever gone to. I felt absolutely NO pain throughout the procedure. I give them a 10 STAR RATING!
