Aspen Dental is amazing! I absolutely love how professional and polite the staff has been while answering all of my questions about becoming a patient. I’ve been with the same dental office for years, but after my conversation with Haleigh at the front desk, she made it very clear that this will be a great fit for me. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. I can’t wait to continue my dental journey here!
The staff is kind, caring and professional! The Dentist and hygienist took extra time to answer my questions and made me feel much more comfortable while I was there. I am so nervous about dental work but they really made me feel better and I will be less nervous next time!
I am very impressed by the new receptionist at Aspen Dental in Franklin NC., Haleigh Pruitt 😊 She was very professional in her position mannerism, and friendly and smiles a lot. I had a great first experience with Aspen dental today! All the staff I encountered was kind, professional, knowledgeable and patient. I loved Dr Andrews and am happy to have him as my dentist now. He and all who worked with me were very gentle and I love how they explained every process to me. I received great tips for my home care as well. I think I may have even lost that ‘going to the dentist fear’!
My first visit: I was extremely happy with the team that I had. They were polite and warmly friendly, which made me completely at ease with the appointment. The explained everything that they would be doing and asked if I had any questions. The proceeded and again explained to me as they were doing the process.
