I had a great first experience with Aspen dental today! All the staff I encountered was kind, professional, knowledgeable and patient. I loved Dr Andrews and am happy to have him as my dentist now. He and all who worked with me were very gentle and I love how they explained every process to me. I received great tips for my home care as well. I think I may have even lost that ‘going to the dentist fear’!
Absolutely a fantastic experience. Haleigh was so great to deal with. My tech, I cannot remember her name but she was very polite, and the confidence she had that she could fix my problem was awesome, so knowledgeable. I hope both these ladies are being taken care of by this business, because employees like this are hard to find. I absolutely would recommend this business
Disappointed to discover that while Aspen Dental is in network, their doctor is not. My bi-annual “covered/free” cleaning was $22 and I was quoted $1800 worth of work($2700 before discount). Just seems crazy and my teeth aren’t bad at all. I will say Jacqui was a great hygenist and I enjoyed my “covered” cleaning.
Even though I’m terrified of going to the dentist, I was treated with compassion and care at my visit to Aspen Dental in Franklin. The hygienist, Jackie is very experienced and knowledgeable about periodontal surgery and gave me a complete breakdown of my condition. Her assistant was also very sweet and soothed me by gently rubbing my arm as I was given the numbing needles. UGH!! Hate those needles. My first visit: I was extremely happy with the team that I had. They were polite and warmly friendly, which made me completely at ease with the appointment. The explained everything that they would be doing and asked if I had any questions. The proceeded and again explained to me as they were doing the process. After the examination, he explained what he had found and what his recommendation was and why. Then the individual who would be explaining the appointment and payment process received me.
