I just had my first appointment at Aspen Dental for a consultation and X-rays, and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, making me feel welcome and comfortable. The consultation was very detailed. My experience at Aspen Dental was great! So happy with my fillings, had no pain during or after Dr. Andrew's did the procedure. He was so kind. Also we both live by the river and have seen the beautiful eagles. He shared some beautiful pictures of them with me. Awesome! Thank you Dr. Andrews!

I would give zero stars if that were an option. We never even made it to the first appointment at the Franklin NC office due to office staff incompetence. First of all, they called and requested to speak to my MINOR 12 year old child and were refusing to speak to me regarding her appointment because they misread her information. My child has BCBS insurance and it has been active for the entire year. They waited until the day before her appointment to call and tell me her insurance wasn’t active.
