When I called to make the initial appointment I was told they were booked out 3 months before I could get an appointment. I was told to call back to see if they had cancellations. That is what I did and was able to get in earlier. Had a very good and thorough first visit with Aspen Dental in Franklin, NC. The wait was a little longer than I expected but the staff and Doctor were all very nice. The facility is complete with state of the art equipment. I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental and truly want to recognize the amazing team there. Jackie, the hygienist, was absolutely incredible. She explained everything clearly, walked me through the importance of the cleaning I needed, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Her knowledge and kindness were outstanding. Dr. Andrews was just as impressive. He took his time explaining what was going on, what needed to be done, and made sure I understood every step. If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughters and I have been here on 3 separate occasions now and never once have they been on time. They have zero respect for people's time and even said "well theres going to be a wait anywhere." They have 1 dental hygienist, but will book 2 people for a cleaning at the same time. When brought to the attention of the staff, they could care less and gave nothing but attitude. had such a great experience at Aspen Dental. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. They made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and took their time with me instead of rushing like so many other offices do. Grace was so helpful and didn’t mind answering my long list of questions. She made the prospect of getting dentures much less stressful for me. As a matter of fact, all the staff I have met at Aspen have been friendly and courteous, making my experience worry free.
