From day one, every member of the staff, have been friendly, courteous, and professional. From the Office Staff, the Dental Technicians and assistance. Dr. Josh is personable and knows his way around the facility. I am a Retired Surgical RN and have worked with Dentists in the past, when they had patients who were a bit difficult to do. This was my first time to Aspen Dental. Office staff was friendly and helpful. They all were quick and efficient. They explained things and answered questions. I liked the Dentist I was assigned. When they put me in a separate waiting room, I was not told why. The TV didn't work or it would have been better. It wasn't a long wait then I was told it was about insurance issues. Overall I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend the Franklin, NC Aspen Dental office.
I had a wonderful experience at Aspen dental this morning. Everybody from the lady at the front desk to the assistants in the back were wonderful. I don't usually enjoy going to the dentist, but it was a pleasant experience. I appreciated Dr. Cardinal for his honest assessment and great communication skills
Dr was booked and being a new patient took my husband right in. A very caring Dr who went above and beyond. He made a special phone call to an oral surgeon who took care of our problem the very next day. The entire staff were very compassionate and very helpful also.
