The staff and doctors were very kind and helpful. My one complaint was that I waited for over an hour past my appointment time. Also, I wasn’t told ahead of time that I would have to pay a percentage of the anticipated total cost. Costs were very reasonable. It would just have been helpful to know that ahead of time.
The women at the front desk are all so kind and helpful. They put my mind at ease. Dr. Cardinal is thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything while we reviewed my X-rays. He helped me come up with a plan to address my concerns. His assistant, Bri was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The room was clean and smelled nice. I look forward to going back for my treatments.
Very nice and quick and affordable. They have programs and plans to help people who do not have insurance. They are the nicest dental people I have come across. They try to make you as comfortable as possible and explain everything with patience and understanding. They try and help you in any way they can. I can not say enough good things about the Staff in the Franklin Office.
Everyone was very professional and friendly. Very thorough X-rays were taken, a treatment plan was drawn up, expenses were explained. The best part was they take my insurance and my payment will be zero!
Everyone was helpful and friendly. They were knowledgeable and informative. They overviewed the treatment plan and the costs. The office was clean and well organized. The only negative thing was the doc’s hands, even though gloved, had the same grit on them as when you get your teeth polished. It was crunchy in my mouth and was on my face. It kind of freaked me out. Where would that have come from?
