The facilities and staff were nice, nothing against them. However, I had called to make my appointment and schedule a cleaning. I booked my appointment with this on mind. They said that there would also be a new patient intake of xrays, cool no problem. When I finally got there (their address is incorrect and GPS took me to an empty gas station parking lot) they did the xrays and the dentist did a quick exam before telling me that the hygienist was not in and asked me to schedule for a cleaning. I was able to make a same day appointment for an emergency. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left all staff were friendly and welcoming. I felt seen and heard by the Dentist and Hygienist which put my anxiety at ease. The facility is new, clean and comfortable.
Receptionist Emily was absolutely lazy and terrible to talk to she was unhelpful and doesn’t deserve a job! No one was in the waiting area and I was a few minutes behind and she refused to see me for an emergency scheduled visit. For being 10 minutes late. She was rude and she clearly doesn’t do her job! 1 star too many!
Horrible experience, I went to get a wisdom tooth extracted. I have not been able to sleep, eat anything, let alone open my mouth properly for 3 days and they wanted to do all this extra work. When I was leaving the lady at the desk said it would be almost 4,000$ for all the work... If I didn't have insurance it would be nearly 8,000$. Terrible service, my mother had teeth removed and they ABSOLUTELY have no after hours service. Along with there Administrative secretary's are horrible. They are un educated and put patience health in danger. Do NOT go to this location, unless u have NO OTHER OPTION... They should have lawsuits against their care , for sure ...I had to put a star but they should get a negative 5 stars ;)
