I had a fantastic experience at Aspen dental in Glenmont! My hygienist, heather Did an amazing job – she was gentle, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I really appreciated the little extra touches, like applying lip balm during the cleaning and the thoughtful take-home essential bag. The super soft toothbrush was exactly what I needed. Overall a great visit with a friendly and professional care. Highly recommend!
Staff is friendly yes , but they lie about pricing. I have private insurance they quoted my husband a bill for 2,129.10 his half for a root canal and a bridge. When the lady gave me my bill she stated this was a price for people out of pocket. I said I have insurance, oh you’re right but this is your portion. Moving forward, new customers receive 20 percent off in which I had to argue for. After calling my insurance provider they told me I should look into another dentist. That’s very high for that work. SCAM. RUN. They will try to get you to get overcharged dental work you don’t need. Charge your insurance for services you didn’t receive. I’ve been waiting weeks to get my refund for a cancelled appointment back. They’re holding my money hostage. They double charge you. Find a nice local dentist you can trust. Don’t go here.
I needed an unexpected tooth repair on a Monday morning. The Aspen team was very understanding and took me in on very short notice and did an awesome job. Thank you SO much.
One the best Aspen Dental’s around. Everyone friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Willing to take the time to explain everything so I understood. Saved me a ton of money as they weren’t quick to send me to an oral surgeon to do what could be done in their office unlike the Rensselaer office. Highly recommend.
