I had an amazing experience in the glenmont office today the girls up front were awesome. Sasha was super sweet, very welcoming and kind she got me in right away. Jessica was nice she was answering all my questions and concerns, doc Alex was very helpful cool guy and very understanding! he got me in the chair in the same new patient visit to fix my problem I was having with my tooth. Today I was giving the worst customer service! It was my first time there- it was a phone number discrepancy on my account. So confirmation of my appointment was not confirmed. That’s fine, no worries. I completely understand the policy. But when the receptionist told me she was rolling her eyes and conveyed the above in such a nasty way, it’s not about what was said - but how it was delivered. Zahkayla provided the best experience I’ve ever had at a cleaning. She made me feel like there was a plan to repair some damage I had done and we were in it together. I really appreciate the time and effort she put into the experience and I would highly recommend Aspen and Zahkayla!
Had a very pleasant appointment today! After waking up with a severe toothache, I was able to get an appointment right away. From the receptionist to the techs to the doctor, everyone was very friendly and non-judgmental! It had been quite some time since my last dentist visit, but no one made me feel shameful or uncomfortable. I left with a prescription for the pain and a game plan! They also take care credit, and while the bill was a hard pill to swallow, I’m happy to be on the right track to healthier teeth!
Heather does a great job!! She’s always friendly and seems to enjoy her job! Everyone at the office is friendly and professional. I’d recommend Heather and the dental office to anyone looking for a dentist in the area!
