Great adoption of current technologies by the practice! Staff are a bit young, but they are the next generation of dental office technicians that will be tech savvy for the patients. Both skilled and in-training staff are friendly. My hygienist is knowledgeable and patient.
Staff is friendly yes , but they lie about pricing. I have private insurance they quoted my husband a bill for 2,129.10 his half for a root canal and a bridge. When the lady gave me my bill she stated this was a price for people out of pocket. I said I have insurance, oh you’re right but this is your portion. Moving forward, new customers receive 20 percent off in which I had to argue for. After calling my insurance provider they told me I should look into another dentist. That’s very high for that work. One the best Aspen Dental’s around. Everyone friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Willing to take the time to explain everything so I understood. Saved me a ton of money as they weren’t quick to send me to an oral surgeon to do what could be done in their office unlike the Rensselaer office. Highly recommend.
My husband went for a few appointments there last week as his front tooth got knocked out. They shaved down what was remaining, and put a crown over it. The crown fell out one day later. He called the emergency line multiple times and when he finally got through to somebody, they said sorry we only Reach out to the provider for emergencies. Aspen has been amazing for me! I was behind on my dental work and it was starting to cause some problems, and they got me in right away! I never have to wait for an appt, and all the dentists and hygenists are incredibly kind. I really hate going to the dentist but they’ve made it as comfortable an experience as they can.
