Went in as a new patient for just a cleaning. I was there for a total of 2 hours and left without the cleaning I went in for. I was told that I needed a special cleaning that was going to cost over $1000 and I told them once again I was only interested in a routine cleaning. I was told that they can’t downgrade services and would not do it. I’ve never been to an office who refused to perform a routine cleaning. Obviously I will not be returning.
Changed from Winter Haven office to Haines City location. This office was the complete opposite. Staff is great and organized. I can actually call them and someone always answers the phone! I didn’t have to wait over an hour for my appointment, I was seen in 15 mins.

I had a horrible experience in the Aspen in NJ… let me say however, THIS team from the GREAT receptionist, to the very informative assistants, to the Dentist herself , also the sweet collector WERE AMAZING! Very comforting and i felt everything was answered in a detailed manner. I come from not having the best experiences but this time was so different. Thank you all !!!!
