I hate going to the dentist and have had several negative experiences in my life that makes me extra anxious about going. I decided to give Aspen a chance because they are closer to home and why not. This is the best dentist office I've been in... EVER! Everyone was patient and kind with me and treated me with kid gloves. They didn't want to overwhelm me and are taking my care one step at a time with me. If you are looking for a dentist in the Haines City area, I highly suggest giving Aspen a try!
Went in as a new patient for just a cleaning. I was there for a total of 2 hours and left without the cleaning I went in for. I was told that I needed a special cleaning that was going to cost over $1000 and I told them once again I was only interested in a routine cleaning. I was told that they can’t downgrade services and would not do it. I’ve never been to an office who refused to perform a routine cleaning. Obviously I will not be returning.
I recently had a cleaning at Aspen Dental, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly and professional, and the hygienist was thorough yet gentle. The office was clean and welcoming, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Aspen Dental Haines City for anyone looking for excellent dental care!
We got there early for appt. to do paperwork. Then we sat, and sat, and sat some more until almost everyone in waiting area was called in. So I asked why I was still waiting and was told sorry we forgot about you. All I need is new replacement dentures, it took 5 min. to get x-rays and exam.
