I felt that I had quality care BUT they were all about the money and we're always trying to charge me more than they should've. My insurance said there should've been no co-pay yet. they were always figuring out a way to make me pay something.

I recommend anyone needing dental care to visit any Aspen Dental nationwide. However, if you reside in the State of Florida, I recommend that you visit the finest Aspen Dental in the nation, that would be in Haines City, Fl., and the person who makes it that way. Local staff is friendly and helpful (unless you get the call center). Today Taisha gave me excellent customer service and patiently stayed on the phone with me to help me schedule an appointment with their oral surgeon. Dentist Dr. Beauvil has a pleasant " bedside manner". They need to do better with scheduling. They're probably under orders from HQ to pack the patients in. Wait times are longer than they should be. That's an area which needs improvement. I waited an hour past my scheduled time before I was seen.

Dealing with the insurance with the office has been a nightmare! I paid in full, and now they have to look into it! Sitting in the office for an hour waiting for them to confirm that I have paid in full for service I haven't even gotten yet.

They advertise on their website for this office in haines city, simple extraction is $179.20 Then when I go in and get the exam they tell me that it will have to be a surgical extraction because my tooth will crack if they try to pull it out, so they will just go the surgical route to avoid the tooth breaking. After the exam they try to convince me with a dental treatment plan they recommend and showed me paper work saying it would cost me $10k, mind you I'm just here to get this tooth out. Bad bad bad!! Overpriced and walked in with a broken tooth needing to be pulled and they nothing but sent me home then said I needed a 1200$ cleaning and my overall care would be 10000k what? And paid in advanced!

My appointment was at 2pm. I arrived at 1:50. No one was at the front desk. There were 7 of us in the reception area. At 2:05 a number of employees came through the front door apparently returning from their lunch break. They take their breaks all together at the same time? And then return after appointment times?? I walked out at 2:25 having not even been acknowledged. Terrible customer service. I'll go elsewhere.

It is a terrible place, and very disrespectful I was waiting for 3 hours after someone said to me don't accept my insurance. Very disrespectful. I had never seen it in my life.
