I visited Aspen Dental on January 28th 2025. I was very impressed with the services I received. The staff was extremely professional and attentive to all of my needs. One particular employee stood out in the business office. Ms Janette was very helpful and friendly. She gave me several different options and took the time to explain everything to be sure I understood all of the information. She was very thorough, The treatment she provided will keep me coming back to Aspen. Keep up the good work.
I really enjoyed my visit today. Aspen dentist made me feel at home. They were very professional, friendly and overall awesome. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a amazing dentist. They are the first one in awhile I didn't have a bad experience with and I have had my fair share of bad experiences with plenty of dentists.
Dr. Travis and staff was great. I went for dentures and received them but when I called in trying to get an appointment for an adjustment because of a few hot spots. I was given an appointment for almost 20 days later. After spending almost ten thousand dollars you would think an adjustment for hotshots would allow better than a 2 week + wait😬 Hopefully someone will cancel 😞
If I could give no stars I would.The dentist was great during my consultation but things changed once I wasn’t happy with my new dentures.I had oral surgery performed there and left with horrible dentures but was reassured by the oral surgeon who’s only there for surgery day that they would be fixed during my follow up appointment two days later.Once there for the follow up I was told there wasn’t much of a issue and since the tech and office manger (why schedule a denture follow up with no one to fix the issues)wasn’t ther... read more
"Hey! I've been really enjoying my motto treatment at Aspen Dental Clinic. The staff is friendly and professional. I am currently following up for periodontal cleanings every 3 months. However, I found the prepayment requirement just to schedule the next appointment a bit inconvenient, especially with insurance. Overall, great experience but hoping they can be more flexible with their policies in the future.” This is an easy way for a patient to neglect treatment.
