"Hey! I've been really enjoying my motto treatment at Aspen Dental Clinic. The staff is friendly and professional. I am currently following up for periodontal cleanings every 3 months. However, I found the prepayment requirement just to schedule the next appointment a bit inconvenient, especially with insurance. Overall, great experience but hoping they can be more flexible with their policies in the future.” This is an easy way for a patient to neglect treatment.

If I was able to give no stars I would! This is the worst service I ever experienced! I booked an appointment drove 45 minutes out of my way and when I was 5 minutes away they call to say they can’t see me. I was put on hold and when I finally got there I go in and was told they can’t see me because they can’t verify my insurance on a Saturday. I really enjoyed my visit today. Aspen dentist made me feel at home. They were very professional, friendly and overall awesome. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a amazing dentist. They are the first one in awhile I didn't have a bad experience with and I have had my fair share of bad experiences with plenty of dentists.
Dr. Travis and staff was great. I went for dentures and received them but when I called in trying to get an appointment for an adjustment because of a few hot spots. I was given an appointment for almost 20 days later. After spending almost ten thousand dollars you would think an adjustment for hotshots would allow better than a 2 week + wait😬 Hopefully someone will cancel 😞
