First time there. The place is clean and all the staff are very nice. I followed my hygienist that starting working there and left the dental office I was with for over 20 years. Kristina is by far the best hygienist I have had in my lifetime. Teeth and gums always feel great and she does it without me feeling a thing. For years I struggled having teeth my cleaned and now it’s a pleasure. Great place. Highly recommend.
I went in with tooth pain and needing a cleaning. After an exam , i was told I needed multiple crowns to protect my teeth along with 5 root canal’s now I understand the idea behind protecting teeth, however I went in with specific issues and the team continued to go on about teeth that were no a concern of mine.. a single person trying to fix their teeth doesn’t want to hear that they need 10k worth of work done in there mouth when they are under stress (which I specified) I went in for specific reason and I left with a pr... read more
🚫 Beware! 🚫 I had a very disappointing experience with this dental facility. Their website advertises a free initial evaluation for teeth aligners, but that's not what happened. They took my insurance card to check coverage, then submitted a claim to my insurance. When the insurance denied the claim, they sent the invoice to me. 😠 Do not trust their "free" offers! I would definitely highly recommend Aspen Dental in Hazlet! Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming! I had to get a few things done and they did everything all in one day so that way I didn’t have to come back the following week! Danny, Doreen, Kristina, & Akira were all amazing!
The entire staff was so nice from beginning to end. They discussed everything with me prior to doing anything. The dental hygienist was extremely patient with me. Explaining each step as she did. So was the dentist. Thank you guys, see you in a few weeks.
