I am so impressed with Aspen Dental in Hixson, TN. My elderly mom needed a new set of false teeth. All of the folks in the office have been so sweet to her!! But they really went out of their way to help me. I live out of town and have to take time off from work to take my mom to appointments. The wax pair needed a little adjustment which meant that I would have to come back for another appointment before the final pick up which meant more time off from work. Just had the new hydro-scaling done and my teeth feel great! The Hygienist (Ashley) was superb! I was a little nervous and she was so great at calming me down and explaining the process to me. Didn't hurt a bit. Thanks Ashley!

The staff here is amazing & so quick! Ashley was so helpful in referring me to an oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth removal. She walked me through everything she was doing & kept complimenting me on my great hygiene. I will leave here today very pleased with my first dental experience in over 4 years!
Dr Thompson, Ashley and the rest of the staff are the awesome! Highly recommend this office!
Dr. Thompson (DDS), Ashley(hygienist), and Shelby(front office) were absolutely the best! They were extremely patient, educational and accommodating! So so so happy I went with this group!

This place is amazing. They have the most awesome staff. Mechi and charla Pugh both work there. When I very first walked in here I knew I came to the right place. I was so emotional about my front teeth breaking out and they immediately calmed me comforted me and changed my life. I smile all the time.
