My experience at Aspen dental was great. Everyone was awesome. The dentist and assistant was great. They made sure I was ok though out the whole process. I would advise anyone who needs a dentist to go see them.
My experience was pleasurable. The staff was fantastic the facility was clean and inviting. The overall experience was wonderful doctors Cole and dental hygenist Kim were great showed concern and the center manager Jerimiah was very pleasant he recognized you introduced himself and made you feel welcomed!
Staff were extremely friendly. Hygienist Kim is great she explained everything to me in great detail and to where I could understand in people terms and not dental terms. Office Manager Alexis was great at explaining cost of all procedures. Highly recommend!!!
First visit was today. I really had such a pleasant experience from check in to, x-rays, to service. Every step was explained in detail with no question unanswered. I'm looking forward to a continued relationship with this provider and I pray the customer service stays the same.
They were really good at the beginning. They would greet me with excitement. I was going in there to get some teeth because mine fell due to an accident. My dad had to pay in full before I could get them. We ended the payments and after that the service changed. The staff would change almost every visit. The last time I was there the doctor put my teeth in and since the beginning it hurt. They didn't apply any numbing cream or anesthesia.
