I was traumatized by my last dentist 15 years ago and never saw another dentist since. However, this is my new dentist office!!! If you miss good old fashion customer service from everyone in the office, then come and get it here! Billing department works with you and they make it easy to get you back to smiling. Their building is so clean, modern, and sterilized. Amazing place and amazing people!!!
Didn't see any of the dentists faces. They had masks on and were ok. FREE for first timers with no insurance. The receptionist was nice. The tablets they used for check in was dirty.
Okay…..so my initial visit wasn’t the best because I was in excruciating pain, however all of the staff provided such great care and patience to me, after a while the pain didn’t even matter, I still felt it absolutely, but everything came together. They were very efficient about getting me in and set up for an appointment as soon as possible to give me some relief and 48 hours and one tooth (less) later here we are! Upon arrival I was greeted as I signed in. Timing was great, took less than five minutes for me to get sent to the back. I have to come more regularly because I have periodontitis. My hygienist Kim was great! Explained to me the procedure with details. Was my first time meeting the staff here since I just switched offices still with aspen. Each visit I have had the friendliest staff is there. The professionalism and the care provided is remarkable. The whole staff shows that they are concern about your dentist need and give you the look of authenticity. No one can tell they are dentures.
