Staff were extremely friendly. Hygienist Kim is great she explained everything to me in great detail and to where I could understand in people terms and not dental terms. Office Manager Alexis was great at explaining cost of all procedures. Highly recommend!!!

First visit was today. I really had such a pleasant experience from check in to, x-rays, to service. Every step was explained in detail with no question unanswered. I'm looking forward to a continued relationship with this provider and I pray the customer service stays the same.

They were really good at the beginning. They would greet me with excitement. I was going in there to get some teeth because mine fell due to an accident. My dad had to pay in full before I could get them. We ended the payments and after that the service changed. The staff would change almost every visit. The last time I was there the doctor put my teeth in and since the beginning it hurt. They didn't apply any numbing cream or anesthesia. I was traumatized by my last dentist 15 years ago and never saw another dentist since. However, this is my new dentist office!!! If you miss good old fashion customer service from everyone in the office, then come and get it here! Billing department works with you and they make it easy to get you back to smiling. Their building is so clean, modern, and sterilized. Amazing place and amazing people!!!

Didn't see any of the dentists faces. They had masks on and were ok. FREE for first timers with no insurance. The receptionist was nice. The tablets they used for check in was dirty.
