From entering the office to going home, this office gets maximum stars. This location is fairly new It's not far from where I live. The biggest problem I had on my visit was the dental assistant that worked with me when I had xrays done twice I wasn't given a protective xray vest both times I brought this to her attention twice for each xray, first time she ignored me didn't answer second time I said I suppose to have a vest on right she act as though she didn't want to do it she said no I didn't need it. Our experience was wonderful! My elderly mother was moving into her memory care facility and needed denture replacements in a hurry. Dr. Cole and the entire staff were accommodating, understanding, kind and highly professional! Both my mom and I were impressed. Jennifer the technician who actually crafted her dentures was FANTASTIC and did an outstanding job. Her patience with the elderly and her perfect denture craft will not be forgotten. This dentist office is worth the visit. The place is very well organized and clean. The dentist was friendly and very knowledgeable and the dental assistant and front office staff , lety was very welcoming. Thank you. I will definitely come back and refer others to come in.
I had a great experience at Aspen Delta. Leti did an amazing job explaining the quote and all the procedures I need to get done. She made sure I understood every step of the process and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciate her patience and professionalism. Highly recommend.
