My first experience with Aspen dental was a very positive one. Everyone was very friendly and professional and price. They quoted me was very affordable after insurance. The doctor was one that I would love to have for my personal dentist.
Had an urgent issue and had to call around for service that can be performed ASAP. Aspen Dental was able to accommodate me quickly, and resolve my issue in less than 1 week time with multiple visits completed. Most other offices could not even schedule me for a month out. Everyone was nice and it went smooth. My personal experience is that I am very comfortable going back and appreciate the help from Ashley, and Dr.Brown.
Made apt for cleaning, got in within 10 days. Arrived for appointment and got full battery of dental X-rays and denist met with me. Hygienist not in today( info given to me after the above). Given estimates of dental work needed, but next hygienist appointment is almost ONE YEAR AWAY. This place definitely not for me Office should have called me if hygienist called in sick. DEFINITELY will not return.
Went out of their way to be helpful!!! Very friendly and welcoming, very professional... also got me in and out in a quick period. Attended to ALL my dental needs at the same time.. and they offer assistance packages to those without insurance which actually saves quite a bit of money.. def recommend the location on west main st, kalamazoo to everyone!!!
My upper denture had a small hole, it was determined by the lab tech it could be repaired in an hour!! I was made comfortable & with a mask. Sabrina & Nicole went above and beyond to keep me informed. These two gals have excellent customer service. I do have one concern, calling the office number is directed to a call center, it was impossible to get connected to the office and speak to Nicole, I called 4 times to no avail !!!!
