So far, the Lakeland office staff has been very curtious and helpful. The dentist listened to my problem and did everything possible to help me. I am praying that the third time will be the charm. I'm having be wax molds made on Tuesday and either a realignment or (hopefully) they will make me a new set of teeth since the ones I am wearing are off-center and sit crooked in my mouth, making it very awkward to chew. I have a bit of a phobia about anything dental. That said, the Staff, Hygienists and Dentists at Aspen in North Lakeland always put me at ease. Katrina was my Hygienist this morning and she was friendly and very thorough, and I experienced no pain at all. Also, the billing is always seamless with my insurer. So, in a nutshell, I'm scared to death of dentistry, but always have a positive experience at Aspen in North Lakeland.
Excellent service from entire staff. The hygienist was very professional and thorough, the clerk at the front desk always has a smile on his face, and always friendly and concerned about all patients. The dentist was very informative when doing my dental exam. A great experience overall.

My experience was great for a dentist visit. X-ray was the pits but tech Neicy made it soooo much better . The personnel was informative and very nice . My dentist visits won't be so bad now ✌🏼️
