If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband had a very disappointing experience with Aspen Dental. Their pricing is unreasonably high, and the staff showed little consideration for him as a patient, after causing pain, irritation, & a cut for trying to extract a tooth, that they clearly could not pull a few weeks ago. Today, despite advertising a 15-minute grace period, they refused to acknowledge it in his case and were unwilling to accommodate him at all. I had an excellent visit with Dr. Perez & his staff. Everyone was professional and so friendly & warm. I was very impressed with the modern equipment used to take my X-rays, and the on time care. This is modern dental care at its finest!! I trust Dr. Perez with my teeth. He listened to my concerns, & gave clinical advice that I really appreciated!
Had an incredible appointment with Carley, Marquis, and Dr. Hazard today. Even fromt desk was super sweet and helpful. I'm going on a trip out of country and hoped to get taken care of same day as my consult. They all heard my concerns the first time, took great scans and figured out what I needed, then made it happen in great time. I couldn't have been more impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Thank you, ladies!!
Aspen dental is the bomb. They made my expectation and they were great in service welcoming warm hearted. I would recommend family and friends to go see the wonderful people in Aspen dental clinic.
My visit at Aspen Dental was nothing short of amazing. Paul that works there is awesome. I hate having Xrays done and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The Hygienist and Dr’s were amazing as well. As I was leaving they were given coffee from 7brew next door. Paul ask me “Friend would you like a coffee.” Of course I said yes. I love the staff here. It was my first visit and I felt like they knew me personally. I think I found me a permanent dentist and it’s close to home.
