Excellent Service, my first visit at this Location. Dr. Matherne and assistant sorry I forgot her name. They made me so comfortable and I enjoyed they team work. I forgot I was in the dentist office. They checking on me to sure I was OK at all time. And they kept me informed on every move they were making. Love & will trust them over & over. And the staff at the front desk was welcoming.
Dr. R. Matherne explained what he was doing and he and his tech constantly checked on me to ensure I was alright as they retreated and corrected an issue acquired from another institution. The staff is compassionate, the atmosphere was filled with care and concern, and the music was amazing. You guys have earned a new customer!!!! Keep up the good work. They treated me as an individual as well as my endodontic needs!!!🙏🏽🦷😁💪🏽
I struggle severely with a panic and anxiety disorder so obviously the dentist isn’t something I’m comfortable doing! However, Dr.Perez goes above and beyond for me! Granted, he’s not all warm and fuzzy and actually pretty much all business. But when you talk to him about something that concerns you, he takes it seriously! Very caring staff, quick service, and Dr. Perez is the best dentist I've met in a long time. They fixed an issue from a previous dental procedure with great success. Although I'm still in pain, I'm very happy to have gotten it taken care of by aspen dental. The only negative was that they don't take medicaid and are quite expensive.
The doctors were friendly and compassionate. I had radiation and chemo to treat tonsil cancer in 2022. As a side effect, my jaw bone has less density and gum issues. Aspen was the only office that accepted me as a patient, two other offices didn’t feel comfortable treating me. Dr Cecelia exams me an we developed a plan to get my mouth back in shape.
