I am very happy and pleased at the care I received! I was greatly warmly and I didn’t have to wait long. Once, I got into the back room, I cannot stress the amount of kindness, warmth and caring I received from everyone I saw from doing x-rays, seeing Dr. Perez, my cleaning and meeting with the office manager to check out my options!! My experience at the dentist was great. Paul and Korsha did a fantastic job—they were very nice, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They took their time explaining the problem at hand and walked me through each step so I could understand what was going on. I really appreciated their patience, clear communication, and attention to detail. Overall, excellent service and I highly recommend them!
Patient follow through is very inconsiderate. Finance plans are thrown at you on the first visit with me high demand on continued service. Inconvenient office hours. Appointments are very scarce. I financed $4,000 for up front..paid for several visits that the $4000 covered... was giving the wrong alignment for the week they were assigned... appointments were not a close enough sequence to continue service due to gum disease. Gum disease was not diagnosed prior to wearing aligners for at least 6 to 8 weeks. Poor patient mana... read more
Korsha was the most wonderful person ever. She was fantastic with my nervousness and I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment with the dentist. And Miss Jakeyah was exceptionally good with all my questions and also made me feel welcome and calm. Had no problem repeating herself and explained everything in a way I was able to comprehend. I highly recommend this Aspen Dental location if you're scared of the dentist. Come see these fine people.
Service Was Excellent And The Staff Went Out The WayTo Make Sure I Knew Step By Step What It Will Take In Time And Cost. I Am So Sorry That I Do Not Remember The Name Of The Lady Who Took The Impression Of My Teeth. She Was Professional And Caring. Dr. Perez Made Me Feel Important And Also Caring. And Last But Not Least Jakeyah Bolden Help Me Feel Very Explaining The Billing Process. I Will Check Another Place Or Two Before I Get Things Done .
