I was quoted $1400 for 2 extractions and gum treatment, which was supposed to also cover my follow up visit 3 months later. When it was time for thst visit, they told me it wasn't included and that I'd need to pay another $300. They said they'd research it & call me back. No call back, no explanation. BEWARE! Bait & switch!!!!!

I had an appointment this morning at 9:00 am, I didn't get called back until 9:52 am for my x rays. I had to bring my two young children with me (2 and 9 months old) as I don't have a babysitter or family near by. Their dad works full time. They stated the kids couldn't go into the x ray room as I understand, the front office staff offered to sit in the room with them while I was doing this ( I do understand this is not a daycare but the staff offered and I asked her twice if she was sure she could sit with them a few moment... read more
