Doctor Wassem and her staff (Julia, Nicky, Itzel, and Carolyn) are wonderful. From the moment you walk in they make you feel at home. Dr Wassem is not only professional, but has a very friendly demeanor and takes the time to explain everything and gives you options. Best dental experience I have had. Thank you!
The x-rays and consult was free so I’ll do my best to be kind. The facility is clean and professional. All the staff, hygienist and dentist I interacted with were thoughtful and pleasant. They moved me through the process fairly quickly and I was out the door in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately they were not able to fix my chipped teeth, but that was okay because they had plenty of other services they felt were needed. My co worker tried to visit this facility yesterday. She was a young girl, alone and very frightened of the dentist. She took time off of work to get some dental work done, made sure that she placed a call to this office and made sure that they took her insurance ahead of time. She showed up for her appointment to be told not only do they not take her insurance but they wanted to charge her over 2k for extracting a tooth. I cannot say enough about Itzel. She is the very definition of professionalism. Itzel is courteous. Itzel is informative. Itzel is the total package when it comes to pristine dental hygiene! You can truly see she cares about her profession as well as her clients. She takes her time with you. And the funny thing is, I am (or, was) fearful of the dentist.
